At present, bromhidrosis’ pathogenesis is not clear. Some studies showthat it is caused and developed during the process that excreta of apocrinegland in armpit which is an combination between some certain kind ofunsaturated fatty acid (UFA) and its carrier is secreted to the surface of thearmpit skin under the action of secretion catheter of apocrine gland. Thisexcreta is a milk white and odorless liquid essentially, however under theaction of bacteria specially Rod-shaped bacteria and grape coccus whichare parasited on the skin surface of armpit, it gains a nasty smell. EGFexists in many organs in human body, especially in gland cell. EGF’sbiological effect can be motivated after it composes with EGFR which is intarget cell membranes and transfer signal from extracellular to intracellular.By comparing the samples of Armpit skin tissues which are from thebromhidrosis group and control group and using the immunohistochemicalmethod, this paper study the relationship of EGF and ApoD, which canhave a further knowledge and understanding of bromhidrosis’ pathogenesisand supply certain help and discovery for bromhidrosis’ clinical treatment.Object Observe morphological changes the comparing samples under the light microscope and immuno-electron microscope after usingHematoxylin-Eosin staining (HE staining) and Immunohistochemicalstaining (SP staining) in the comparing samples. To discuss the changes andmeaning of ECF and ApoD in apocrine sweat glands, to provide betterguidance and new basis for study in The pathogenesis of bromhidrosis.MethodsCollect20Axillary organization’samples from volunteers who treatedfrom2012.10to2014.10in jilin university first hospital second departmentCosmetology and15samples of skin swelling part in armpit and accessorybreast. Observe the apocrine sweat glands ‘Histomorphology and check theexpression of EGF and ApoD in apocrine sweat glands by usingHematoxylin-Eosin staining (HE staining) and Immunohistochemicalstaining (SP staining) in the comparing samples., then analyze results byusing Image-Pro Plus5.0analysis system.Result1.The control group: under light microscope different period apocrinegland can be seen, but the quiescent stage apocrine gland take the largestproportion. On glass slides the apocrine gland tissue is relatively less, evencould be hardly seen. the major type of the apocrine sweat gland is cubicand flat cells, meanwhile column cells are relatively less, glandular cavityis large and excreta is less. The experiment group: under light microscope different period apocrine gland can be seen, but the progestational stage apocrine gland takethe largest proportion. On glass slides the apocrine gland tissue is relativelymore in number. the major type of the apocrine sweat gland is column cells, meanwhile cubic and flat cells are relatively less, glandular cavity is smalland excreta is more.2.The positive EGF is that in cytoplasm of apocrine sweat gland whichshows browned particle deposition. The more EGF in apocrine sweat gland, the more obvious browned deposition is, vice versa. In the experimentgroup, in cytoplasm of apocrine sweat gland there is large amount ofbrowned particle deposition which shows that the EGF has strongexpression. In the control group, little amount of browned particledeposition can be seen, EGF has weak or no expression. The integral andaverage optical density value difference of EGF’s expression in apocrinesweat gland ihas statistical meaning (P﹤0.05)3.The positive ApoD is that in cytoplasm of apocrine sweat gland whichshows browned particle deposition. The more ApoD in apocrine sweatgland, the more obvious browned deposition is, vice versa. In theexperiment group, in cytoplasm of apocrine sweat gland there is largeamount of browned particle deposition which shows that the ApoD hasstrong expression. In the control group, little amount of browned particledeposition can be seen, ApoD has weak or no expression. The integral andaverage optical density value difference of ApoD’s expression in apocrine sweat gland ihas statistical meaning (P﹤0.05).Conclusions1.EGF has high expression in apocrine sweat gland tissue of patientswith bromhidr osis and low expression in the control group.2.ApoD has high expression in apocrine sweat gland tissue of patientswith bromhidrosis and low expression in the control group.3.The high expression of EGF and ApoD in apocrine sweat gland tissueof patients with bromhidrosis could have close relation with the course ofbromhidrosis.
