| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nitroglycerin ointment on the wound repair after surgery of bromidrosis resection. Methods:From March 2016 to November2017,32 cases of patients that received surgery of bromidrosis resection were selected. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 16 cases in each group. In treatment group,Nitroglycerin Ointment were applied on the surface of flap. While the control group was treated with oil gauze on the surface of flap. The postoperative complications including flap ulcer or necrosis, wound healing time and degree of postoperative pain in two groups were observed,respectively.Results:(1)No flap ulcer or necrosis was found in the treatment group. While these were found in 5 cases of the control group, which was significant higher than in treatment group(P < 0.05).(2)The average wound healing time in treatment group [(7.12±1.38)d] was significantly faster than that in control group [(10.71±1.34d)d](P < 0.05).(3)Patients in the treatment group were significantly lower in pain. Conclusion:Application of Nitroglycerin Ointment can significantly accelerate wound healing, reduce the incidence of skin flap necrosis and relieve the pain of incision after armpits resection. |
