Clinical Study Of A New Jiayu Screen Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Of Lung And Kidney Qi Deifciency And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose:To observe the new Yuping wind Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through the clinical efficacy and safety of stable phase â…¡ lung and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type. COPD is one of the clinical common disease, frequently occurring disease, environmental factors and individual risk factors contribute to the pathogenesis of chronic cough, wheezing, shortness of breath is the main clinical symptoms of this disease, the clinical staging of acute exacerbation and stable stage, stable stage symptom is lighter, but the existence of airway obstruction, positive and effective treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period, can delay the decline of lung function, prevention of acute attack. Professor Gong Xiaoyan summarized the clinical experience for many years, the new Jiayu screen Decoction on treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease better, can prevent the recurrence of the disease, improve the quality of life of patients.Method:the pulmonary disease department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were accorded with the inclusive criteria were60patients with COPD, were randomly divided into two groups with30cases in each group, treatment group and control group with single doses of inhaled tiotropium bromide (Si Lihua)18ug, daily one, the treatment group plus oral new Jiayu screen decoction, treatment for a month, observation before and after treatment of TCM syndrome, six minutes walk test, dyspnea index and other content, and analysed systematically, explore the new Yuping wind Decoction clinical effectiveness of the treatment of the disease.Result:after the treatment, the treatment group the total efficiency of TCM syndromes was80%, the control group of TCM syndrome total efficiency is56.66%, the total effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group (p<0.05). The rank sum test, the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in the six minute walk test and dyspnea index improved significantly, indicating that two groups of six minute walk test and dyspnea index to improve curative effect, between the two groups, the treatment group and the control group had significant difference (p<0.05), explain the treatment the improvement of six minute walk test and dyspnea index is better than the control group. Conclusion:the new Jiayu screen decoction can obviously improve the stable patients with COPD and six minute walk test, dyspnea index and TCM syndrome, the clinical curative effect of good, worthy of promotion.
