Background:In recent years many pediatricians with oral Chinese patent medicine "Yuping Feng" in adjuvant treatment of infantile recurrent respiratory infection, not only have good curative effect in clinic, and avoids the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for oral way, has been constantly promoted in clinical practice."Yuping Feng" as a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, treatment should follow the "quality" of TCM theory of treatment, but the drugs that lack of TCM constitution types corresponding from ancient to modern times, Yuping Feng San is a representative prescription for treating qi deficiency and exogenous, and the constitution of qi deficiency in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is the most common, and so observation of curative effect of Yuping Feng control the constitution of qi deficiency in children with recurrent respiratory infection is an urgent problem to be solved.Purposes:Through the observation of Yuping wind particles effect in the treatment of qi deficiency in children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection, and to provide basis for improving Yuping Feng curative effect and the clinical medication safety.Methods: Selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria of120cases in children, according to the random method, divided into experimental group and control group, with60cases in each group, two groups were given the same "treatment", including:such as fever, cough and phlegm, rehydration treatment treatment of bacterial infection, in the circumstances, can be with antibiotic treatment ("the routine use of antibiotics to influence the course of disease and no Pediatrics"); the experimental group in parents of children with informed consent, on the basis of basic treatment (recovery of upper respiratory tract infection) with Yuping Feng (Guangdong Global Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., the country medicine accurate Z10930036) combination therapy. Yuping Feng (Yuping Feng instructions and documents) quasi usage [1-3] are as follows:1to3years old, each oral1/2package,>3, each oral1package,3times/day, with boiling water, taking1consecutive months.
