| Purpose: To discuss the clinical curative effect of cerebral dysfunction insomniatherapeutic apparatus in the treatment of deficiency of two cases of Chinese MedicineMethod: This study is the combined treatment of cerebral dysfunction treatmentinstrument with90cases of insomnia, heart lienal two empty insomnia patients, wererandomly divided into3groups; A group30cases, cerebral dysfunction in treatment group;30cases in group B, ginseng Guipi pills in the treatment group;30cases in group C, traditionalChinese medicine (ginseng Guipi pills) with brain dysfunction in treatment group, thestatistical analysis, there were no differences between the three groups in the duration, the sizeof age, gender, comparability, three to10days for a course of treatment, observation of3courses. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI) as the evaluation indexes for evaluation.Result: The results showed that the group A (brain dysfunction treatment group totaleffective rate70%); B group (ginseng Guipi pills in the treatment group total effective rate70%); C group (brain dysfunction treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine with) thetotal efficiency of86.67%; after statistics processing, P<0.05, C group and A group and Bgroup compared to P<0.05. There were significant differences, indicating that C group than inA group and B group; especially in the treatment of insomnia, anorexia, dreams to wake up,looking not China, loose stool, tongue fur is better.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with brain dysfunction therapy inthe integral of clinical symptoms and syndrome is better than pure Chinese medicinetreatment group and brain dysfunction in treatment group, non-toxic, no side effects andadverse reactions, clinical curative effect. The treatment of brain dysfunction therapy is safeand reliable, is an effective method to treat heart lienal two empty insomnia, is worth theclinical promotion and clinical research. |
