Dampness Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetes Mellitus (Phlegm Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Study

Purpose: Through clinical observation and Research on medication in patients withdiabetes mellitus，objective evaluation of dampness Tongluo Decoction in the treatment ofdiabetes (phlegm stasis syndrome) clinical efficacy，safety and traditional Chinese medicinecan improve the symptoms， make the advantage for regulating glucose and lipid metabolismdisorder and so on，to provide new ideas and new methods for TCM treatment of diabetes.Method: The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional ChineseMedicine，southern studios diabetes therapy area outpatients and inpatients were60cases，Chinese medicine treatment group， the control group with30cases in each. Randomlygrouping，ask the patient to a strict diet，reasonable exercise，treatment group with Chinesemedicine treatment group were treated with dampness Tongluo Decoction，the control groupwas given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets orally，4weeks for1courses of treatment，continuous observation of2courses.Result: Dampness Tongluo Decoction in treating diabetes phlegm stasis syndrome in30cases，the total efficiency of76.67%，metformin hydrochloride and control group in the totalefficiency is70%，no significant differences between the two group in the clinical curativeeffect，but the treatment group and the clinical biochemical indexes of TCM symptoms weresuperior to the control group， the clinical symptoms improved and various physicalexamination results are significantly better than the control group， there was statisticalsignificance.Conclusion: Dampness Tongluo Decoction can obviously improve the symptoms andsigns of diabetes phlegm dampness stagnation syndrome patients，at the same time moreeffectively， reduce blood sugar， and lipid metabolism disorders， premature delay thecomplications in patients with diabetes，dampness Tongluo Decoction Weichun traditionalChinese medicine preparation，no toxic side effect，is worth further study and application.
