Clinical Observation Of Erchenjiangzhuo Decoction Combined With Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets On T2DM With Phlegm Turbidity And Blood Stasis

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Erchen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes(T2DM)patients with phlegm turbidity and stasis syndrome,Provide a certain basis for clinical application.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into treatment group and control group.A total of 72 cases were observed,37 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups were given lifestyle intervention,metformin hydrochloride tablets were used as the basic drug treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given Erchen Jiangzhuo Decoction.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids and total scores of TCM symptoms are detected before and after treatment,and fasting blood glucose is detected at the fourth weekend.SPSS24.0 is used to analyze the relevant results.Results 1 The difference in gender,age,course of disease,BMI,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,TCM symptom scores before treatment between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)and was comparabl.2 Effective rate of lowering blood sugar: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.18%,the total effective rate of the control group is 77.14%,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);the effect of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of the treatment group is86.48%,and the control group always has the efficiency is 71.42%,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 Compared with before treatment,the FPG of the two groups was significantly reduced at each time node.The FPG of the two groups changed with time.With the extension of the treatment time,the better the effect(Ptime= 0.000).The FPG of the two groups changed with time.The trend of change is the same(Pgroup * time=0.123).After treatment,the 2h PG and Hb A1 c of the two groups were reduced.The comparison between the two groups before and after the treatment was P = 0.000,and the comparison between the groups was P = 0.000.The differences were statistically significant.4 Comparison of blood lipid indexes: After treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C were reduced in the two groups,and HDL-C was increased.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups,The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).5 After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was reduced.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6 Safety Observation: Before and after treatment,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,were not significantly abnormal,no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusions 1 Erchen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes with phlegm and blood stasis and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2 Erchen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets can reduce FPG,2h PG,Hb ALc,TG,TC,LDL-C in patients with type 2 diabetes with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome,and increase HDL-C levels,especially in reducing FPG,2h PG,Hb ALc.It is significantly better than the treatment with metformin hydrochloride tablets alone.3 Erchen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis has no obvious adverse reactions and has certain safety.Figure1;Table19;Reference 135...
