Clinical Studies On Treatment Of Female Delayed Acne Vulgairs With Shuganjiedu Decoction And Pircking-cupping Bloodletting Method

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjiedu Decoction andpricking-cupping bloodletting method in treating female delayed acne vulgaris,andevaluate patients’ quality of life change before and after the treatment.Methods：60patients were divided into two groups,each30cases,treatmentgroup,give the treatment with Shuganjiedu Decoction and pricking-cupping bloodlettingmethod,and Meiluxiaocuo Cream;The control group,give the treatment with DanshentongCapsule and Meiluxiaocuo Cream,8weeks as a course.Before and after treatment,damageand distribution of skin,degree of pruritus and side effect were observed. to evaluateobjectively the sexual hormone in patients and to assess the effect of the ShuganjieduDecoction and pricking-cupping bloodletting method on the quality of life.Results：After the treatment,the two groups symptoms integral,signs,such as thequality of life scores were improved.Results of the treatment group better than the controlgroup’s,and the differences between the two groups have statistical significance.Conclusion：The two group in treating female delayed acne vulgaris has reliableefficacy,low recurrence rate and side effect on female delayed acne vulgaris.Themechanism of the therapy of Shuganjiedu Decoction and pricking-cupping bloodlettingmethod may be credited with the anti-androgen action,and so on.
