Literature-based Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Collateral Pricking And Cupping In The Treatment Of Acne

Purpose:Through the screening,sorting and analysis of clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of acne,the content of high-frequency acupoints.TCM dialectical classification,combination of acupoints,distribution of meridian return,and combination of other external treatments were summarized.The rule of acupoint compatibility and prescription in the treatment of acne by acupuncture and moxibustion was analyzed,and clinical verification was carried out.It is expected to provide an effective and reliable treatment scheme for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of acne.Material and method::The study included relevant literatures published on January 1,2000 and January 1,2020(nearly 20 years)in public journals.By searching Chinese literature databases(CNKI,Wanfang database,and VIP full-text journal database),all the literatures on clinical studies of acupuncture and moxibustion for acne published in domestic journals were included The key words were "acne""acne"acne","acupuncture" and"acupuncture".According to the set literature screening criteria,a database was established for the included literature,and Mficrosoft Office Excel 2010 spreadsheet software was used to conduct frequency statistical analysis on the database.The application frequency analysis is used to search for the high-frequency acupoints used in treatment and the return meridian of acupoints,etc.The etiology,pathogenesis.TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of acupoints used in various studies are discussed.from which the compatibility law of acupoints used in acupuncture treatment of acne is summarized.According to the literature research results,targeted acupuncture prescription was formulated for the common clinical acne of lung and stomach heat,and clinical randomized controlled trial was set up to verify the efficacy of the acupuncture prescription.so as to test the value of this literature study.Results:There are 577 clinical research literatures in CNKI,872 articles in Wanfang.422 articles in VIP,a total of 1871 articles.After the preliminary and second rounds of screening by two researchers strictly following the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the full text was reviewed,and a total of 93 literatures were recorded in the end.Among them,54 articles mentioned the etiology and pathogenesis of acne,36 articles mentioned TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of acne,and 48 articles mentioned the cooperation with other TCM external treatment methods.A total of 68 acupoints were applied,with a total frequency of 1083 times.Clinical trial results:①treatment group(two method combination group)and control group(medicine group)can effectively make lung and stomach heat type acne patients GAGS score and Pill sbury grade four improved classification rating reduced,treatment can effectively improve acne brought by pruritus,pain and other symptoms,curative effect is significant.②The treatment group(combined treatment group)was better than the control group(medicine group)in reducing the Pill sbury Grade Ⅳ improved classification rating.GAGS score and the score of skin lesions in each area.③The total effective rate and healing rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(medicine group).Conclusion:According to the frequency of acupoints in 93 articles,cluster analysis results and the experience of my tutor,the empirical acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of acne are summarized as follows:Quchi(LI11),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Dazhui(GV14),Feishu(BL13),Sanyinjiao(SP6),ashi point,Gishu(BL17),Neiting(ST44).and Xinshu(BL15)The summarized acupuncture prescription was used in a clinical controlled trial,and the experimental results showed that both the treatment group and the control group were effective,and the skin lesions subsidence and Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scores of acne patients were significantly improved.The results showed that there was a difference in the clinical cure rate between the two groups,which fully confirmed that acupuncture combined with cupping therapy for the treatment of lung and stomach heat type acne was significant,compared with the oral Chinese medicine control group has obvious advantages.Compared with the control group,the improvement of acne pruritus,redness,swelling,heat and pain was more significant.
