Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of Warming Yang and diuretic intervention in thetreatment of pulmonary hypertension induced by right heart failure, and to explore its mechanism, inorder to provide a theoretical basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease. Methods: Into the right heart failure in60cases of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension, were randomly divided into control group (conventional Western Medicine) and treatment group(routine western medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine) in contrast, continuous treatment of6courses (for4weeks) was observed between the two groups of clinical symptoms, pulmonary arterysystolic pressure, right ventricular ejection fraction six minutes walking distance, changes of heartfunction test, rating, blood NT-pro BNP, plasma ET-1.Results: TCM syndrome, treatment group total effectiveness96.7%, the comparison group totaleffectiveness86.7%, two groups of symptoms were improved, and the treatment group than the controlgroup (P<0.05). The two groups after the treatment, improve the curative effect on heart functionbasically the same (P>0.05), the treatment group the level of ET-1was not significantly lower than thatof the control group (P>0.05); the other outcome measures were improved, and the treatment group thanthe control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Routine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment ofpulmonary arterial hypertension induced by right heart failure of spleen kidney yang deficiency caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve exercise tolerance and reduce pulmonaryartery systolic pressure, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
