Clinical Study On Treatment Of TS (Kinney Zhi Deficency) With Qiang Zhi Ding Kong Fang

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and security of TS (kidney zhi deficiency)with Qiang Zhi Ding Kong FangMethods:60TS patients with diagnostic criteria were equally divided into thetraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group.The western medicine group wasadministered with Tiapride Tydrochloride Tablets,while the traditional Chinese medicinegroup with Qiang Zhi Ding Kong Fang.We observed the tic category for12weeks,bothgroup before and after the treatment according to the Yale global tic severity(YGTSS) andChild Behavior Check-list(CBCL).Results:1. The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine group was86.67%,80.00%respectively, The TCM syndrome efficient rate oftwo groups was83.33%,73.33%, the two groups were no significant differences (P>0.05).2. The two groups for motility twitch and voice: for the treatment of twitch of traditionalChinese medicine and western medicine group in the treatment of motility twitcheffectiveness were no significant differences(P>0.05).3.Motility twitch of facial muscletwitch, limbs twitch and voice twitch the hawk, the sound in the throat, traditional Chinesemedicine group is superior to western medicine group (P<0.05); In terms of high frequencyand treatment of TCM syndrome was statistically significant for the timid kind surprisedand many dreams, dreamily, Chinese medicine curative effect is superior to westernmedicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Qiang Zhi Ding Kong Fang in the treatment of TS(Kidney zhi deficiency)is safe and effective.
