Expeirmental And Clinical Researches About Treatment Of Patient Of Stasis In ⅢB、ⅣPhase Of Lunc Adenocarcinoma Utilizing Anti-lung Tumor Ointment

Objeftive: To provide novel approaches of treatment for adenocarcinoma of lungutilizing traditional Chinese medicine through clinical and experimental observation of theefficacy of Anti-lung Tumor Ointment targeting patients of stasis in ⅢB、Ⅳ Phase ofadenocarcinoma of lung.Methods: clinical part:75adenocarcinoma lung patients were randomly and equallyallocated to3groups, TCM group, Chemotherapy group, and Integrated group(TCM+Chemotherapy).After4-month treatment, short-term effects were observedincluding primary tumor and symptoms. Meanwhile, quality of life was observed includingweight, KPD score, change of the level of peripheral Fib,D-dimer, hemorrheology indexand serum VEGF. Experimental researches were divided into2parts. All the murines areC57BL/6.Creating stagnation model is the first part and murines were randomly andequally divided int two groups,the parallel group and modeling group.Low dose issubcutaneously injected to create stagnation model. Assessment criteria issymptoms,weight, density of whole blood,change of level of peripheral fib,PT andAPTT.In the second part, based on previous animal modeling,the murines were equallyallocated to four groups, the ordianary group,the stagnation group,the ordinary group withdrugs and the stagnation group with drugs. All four groups underwent underarm Lewis cellinoculation. The drug chose to be Anti-lung Tumor Ointment.Weigh of murines, weightof the tumor, oncostatic rate, volume of tumor, immune organs like spleen index, thymusindex were observed after one week along with metastatic tumor, levels of level ofperipheral fib,D-dimer, density of whole blood. Immunohistochemical staining is adapted to test the level of VEGF in tumor.Results：According to clinical observation, effects in the Integrated group is superiorto the other two groups(P＜0.05);improvement of symptoms,weight and KPS score inTCM group is superior to the other two groups(P＜0.05);levels of peripheral Fib D-Dimerand hemorrheology index in TCM group is superior to the other two groups(P＜0.05).Nostatistical difference in level of serum VEGF exists between TCM group and Interatedgroup （P＞0.05）,but superior to Chemotherapy group.In the first part of theexperiment,modeling group signifies apparent blood stagnation,less weight, increaseddensity of whole blood,increased peripheral Fib, declined PT and APTT compared withparallel group（P＜0.05）.In the second part of the experiment, weight, oncostatic rate,pleen index, thymus index, inhibiting rate of metastatic tumor in ordinary with drugs groupand stagnation with drugs group is superior to the other two;those in ordinary group issuperior to stagnation group except pleen index and thymus index（P＜0.05）.Density ofwhole blood,levels of peripheral Fib,D-dimmer and expression of VEGF in the ordinarywith drugs group and stagnation with drugs group are less than those of the other group（P＜0.05）;those in ordinary group are less than stagnation group（P＜0.05）Conclusion: Clinical results magnify that anti-lung tumor ointment is of specificsuperiority in changing symptoms, weight, quality of life, degrading level of serum VEGFand suppressing the formation of vascular in tumor.he experimental resusults show thatAnti-lung Tumor Ointment is of prominent efficacy in changing weight and inhibitionrate, improving immune system and as well as suppressing the expression of VEGF.
