The Study Of Preliminary Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of Intertrochanteirc Fractures With PFNA And DHS

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of anti-rotation of proximal femoralnail(PFNA)and the dynamic hip screw(DHS)in elderly intertrochanteric fracture, theclinical efficacy of the two kinds of internal fixation methods were compared, summed upthe respective characteristics of the two kinds of internal fixation methods. Methods：Orthopaedics, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicineto meet the inclusion criteria for patients with intertrochanteric fracture cases hospitalizedsince March2010to September2012.The PFNA treatment of30cases,DHS treatment of30patients, standard treatment of fracture healing. Observe the operative time, incisionlength, blood loss, fracture healing time, the time the degree of recovery of hip functionafter surgery of the two groups of patients, and for statistical analysis, to make analysis andevaluation of the efficacy of two methods. Results：The PFNA and DHS compared theoperative time, incision length, blood loss, fracture healing time, the time the degree ofrecovery of hip function after surgery of P<0.05was statistically significant. Conclusions：PFNA and DHS in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures have good results;PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures aspects of the advantages of minimallyinvasive, fixed and reasonable, fewer bleeding,early ambulation, fewer complications,better recovery of hip function after surgery.
