A Clinical Study On Retention Enema With TCM Combined With Microwave Therapy In Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: The objective and significance of this study is to explore enema withTCM combined with microwave therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease withkidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome differentiation standard, to evaluate the effectof the methods for kidney deficiency and blood stasis in treating chronic pelvicinflammation.Methods: To confirm and agree to accept the treatment of60cases of kidneydeficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by simplerandomized into2groups:30cases in the treatment group treated with XianTeng Fangenema combined with microwave therapy;30cases in control group were givenmetronidazole and left Ofloxacin Capsules oral treatment. Before the medication recordedsymptoms and signs of the patients,and then respectively to treatment3period of treatment,records of patients symptoms and signs, after the observation, the quantitative indexeswere analyzed statistically, evaluate the clinical effectiveness of enema of TCM combinedwith microwave therapy.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group is100%,Significantly better than the control group, and in the improvement of the mainsymptoms, patients with signs were aiso better than the control group. Conclusion:Theeffect of XianTeng Fang enema combined with microwave therapy in treating chronicpelvic inflammatory disease (kidney deficiency and blood stasis type) is distinct, Not onlycan effectively shorten the course of disease, improve the clinical symptoms, but also canreduce the pain of patients with medication, And the application is safety, no toxic sideeffect. So this method of treatment has high value in clinical application.
