Objective: Research on the aging kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinesetraditional medicine soup spontaneously hypertensive rats (Hypertension Rat,SHR) blood pressure, serum levels of endothelin (ET), angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ),nitric oxide (NO) and left ventricular weight index (LVWI), the influence ofevaluating kidney huoxue soup against older antihypertensive effects ofspontaneously hypertensive rats, and analyze the mechanism of action of thetreatment of senile Hypertension, for kidney huoxue soup decoction of theclinical promotion provide experimental foundation and theoretical basis.Methods: Using random parallel control animal experiments, to old SHR, wererandomly divided into kidney huoxue soup group, captopril group, the kidneyhuoxue soup and captopril group (two drugs combination group), model controlgroup, each group of12, with age and sex matched12Wistar said49-year-oldkyoko (WKY) rats in blank control group.Were given to kidney invigorate thecirculation of huoxue soup for soup, captopril and kidney lavage and captopril10ml/kg weight, blank control group and model control group both in the samedose of distilled water to fill the stomach,1time/day, the weekend before,four treatment groups mice, the treatment of blood pressure and eight weekendin after the intervention, execution, blood and tissue, determination of ETand Ang Ⅱ, NO and LVWI.Results:1. Groups of systolic blood pressure in rats: SHR compared with blank control group before treatment between groups significantly higher, systolicblood pressure has significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01);After treatment compared with model control group, systolic bloodpressure in each treatment group were decreased, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), which the lowest two drugs combinationgroup (P <0.01), compared with captopril group, there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05).2. Each group rats serum ET: model controlgroup significantly increased compared with blank control group (P <0.01),the treatment group compared with model control group were lower (P <0.01),two of which were the lowest, compared with the blank control group nosignificant difference (P>0.05).3. Each group rats serum Ang Ⅱ: modelcontrol group significantly increased compared with blank control group (P<0.01), the treatment group compared with model control group were lower (P<0.01), which the lowest kidney huoxue soup group, compared with captoprilgroup have significant differences (P <0.05), compared with two drugscombination group, no significant difference (P>0.05).4. Each group of ratsserum NO: model control group compared with blank control group decreasedsignificantly (P <0.01), kidney huoxue soup and two drugs combination groupsignificantly increased compared with model control group (P <0.01),captopril group compared with model control group was NO significantdifference (P>0.05).5. Each group rats LVWI: model control groupsignificantly increased compared with blank control group (P <0.01), thetreatment group compared with model control group were lower (P <0.05), kidneyhuoxue soup and two drugs combination group compared with model control groupdecreased significantly (P <0.01).Conclusion: Kidney huoxue soup can effectively reduce the ageing of SHR bloodpressure and serum levels of ET and Ang Ⅱ level, increase the NO level, canimprove the function of vasomotor, protecting endothelial lower bloodpressure, and reduce LVWI, inhibiting left ventricular hypertrophy, protect the target organs.
