Objective:This study based on the investigation of the state of the sub-health on nurses ofChangchun city, analyzing the current state of the sub-health and the factors, thenexploring the relationship among demographic characteristics,providing thecorresponding measures to improve the state of nurses’ sub-health as well as theintervention measures for the hospital management department.Methods:Through the literature research, like the database of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP andother major database from home and aboard to review on the literature ofsub-health,in order to provide the theory and method reference for the research. Theresearch was mainly used the method of cluster random sampling to investigate4general hospital of Changchun city among500nurses. The study conducted withsub-health rating scale and sub-health influence factors assessment scale,the contentmainly included:the basic situation of the general information of nursing staff,thecore of physiological,psychological and social sub-health,the condition ofexercise,diet,sleep,work pressure and other aspects. Using Epidate3.0to establishdatabase, the data processing use the SPSS18.0.First of all, test of normality andhomogeneity test method subject tonormal distribution and equal variance under theapplication of t-test, compared two groups of treatment and multiple meancomparison of the first application of analysis of variance, and then two twocompared with LSD method, with P<0.05as statistically significant.Results:1. The survey of sub-health status scoreAmong the items of physiological sub-health,the highest score(3.47±0.94) wasthe circumstance of appetite,and the lowest was the score of eye comfort(2.85±0.91);Among the items of psychology sub-health,the highest was the score ofdon’t feel lonely(365±1.06),the lowest was relax the spirit(2.79±0.95);Among theitems of social sub-health,the highest was the score of needing help can get support(3.81±0.90),the lowest was the asking for help when encountereddiffculities(3.19±0.87);Among the items, the top five were:needing help can getsupport(3.81±0.90),can quickly adapt to the new life(3.74±0.78),don’t feellonely(3.65±1.06),can properly handle the work life(3.65±0.8),close relationshipswith colleagues and friends (3.58±0.93;Among all the items,the lowest score of theformer five were:Relax the spirit(2.79±0.95),eye comfort(2.85±0.91),feel good(2.94±0.92),gastrointestinalfunction(2.98±0.97),headcomfortable(3.01±0.92);Comprehensive comparison of the three subscale scores:the score of socialsub-health(28.35±4.55),the score of mental sub-health(26.18±5.88),Social sub healthscore (28.35+4.55), mental sub health score (26.18±5.88), physiological sub-healthscore (25.57±5.16).2. The condition of nurses’ sub-health rateAmong the416respondents,76.7%of nursing staff were in the physiologicalstate of sub-health,65.6%of nursing staff were in mental state of sub-health,62.5%ofnursing staff were in social state of sub-health.3. The influencing factors of the sub-health3.1The effect of demographic factors on sub-healthGender was the influencing factors to social sub-health score and total score ofsub-health(P <0.05),male in social sub-health and overall sub-health was higher thanfemales(P<0.05); Nursing age was the influence factors of nursing staff in mentalsub-health and overall scores (P <0.05);The title was the influencing factors for thescore of physiological,psychological, social sub-health(P<0.05);Nursing staff indifferent department was the influencing factors in physiology, psychology, socialsub-health score(P<0.05); the income was the influencing factor for physicalscore(P<0.05);The forms of employment was the influencing factor for physiology,psychology sub-health score (P<0.05).3.2The effect of physical exercise on sub-healthAmong the416nurses,193of them (46.4%) occasionally participated inphysical exercise(46.4%),188(45.2%)people never took part in physical exerice;210(50.5%) of housework time were1hours,96(23.1%) to do the housework timeduration in1-2hours. Participating in physical exercise frequency and time,housework time were the influence factors of the sub-health score of physiological,psychological and social. 3.3The effect of diet on sub-healthAmong the416nursing staff,178(42.8%)of them usually had meals on time,149(35.8%) of them occasionally had meals on time;142(34.1%)of them usually hadbreakfast meals on time,127(30.5%) people often eat breakfast on time;186(44.7%)of them drinking the the amount of water every day was500-1000ml;The number ofdaily water intake and meals were the influence factors of sub-health score ofphysiological, psychological social.3.4The effect of pressure on sub-healthAmong the416nursing staff,172(41.3%) of them occasionally worried aboutmistakes and accidents,144(34.6%) often worried about it;140(33.7%) of them feltpromotion pressure,119(28.6%) did not feel promotion pressure;190(45.7%)occasionallywere in tensive colleague relationship tension,187(45%) of themharmonous relationship with colleagues;199(47.8%) people occasionally felt thepressure of life,119(28.6%) people often felt the pressure of life. The degree ofworry about accidents, promotion of pressure, the tense relationship betweencolleagues, the life and family pressure were the influence factors of sub-health scoreof physiological, psychological socia.3.5The effect of pressure on sub-healthAmong the416nursing staff,173(41.6%) of the nurses’ working hour was40-44hours per week;240(57.7%) of the them occasionally overtime working,261(62.7%)of them occasionally night shift. Working hours, night shift times were the influencefactors of sub-health score of physiological, psychological social.Conclusion:The research showed that among the416nusese, the sub-health state at highlevels,namely the health status was not optimistic,the physical sub-health status wasrelatively common,the second was the psychological sub-health state.The influencingfactoes of the sub-health:gender, job title, employment form, exercise, houseworktime, a meal on time and eat breakfast, daily water consumption and the degree oferror accident,colleague relationship,working time.
