Clinical Research Of Effects On Shenfu Injection On Tissue Perfusionin Of Patients With Septic Shock In The Early Recovery Capacity

Objective:Through the small sample observation of shenfu injection(SF) on sepsisshock clinical curative effect for patients,and its effect on the targets of tissueperfusion,preliminary discussion on the SF in treating sepsis shock mechanism. For thelatter part of large sample studies provide ideas.Methods:60cases of patients with sepsis shock were randomly divided into attachedgroup and the control group,30cases in each. To observe two groups of patients beforeand after treatment, the clinical symptoms APACHEⅡ of score, Tissue perfusion index，blood lactate，blood lactate clearance rate，and7day，28day mortality. By statisticalanalysis, comparison of the SF group and the control group effect.Observed:two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,APACHE Ⅱ score28days, tissue perfusion index and mortality. After statistics analysis,comparison and the curative effect of group and the control group.Results: The Shenfu Injection can effectively reduce the patients with sepsis shock ofTCM symptom scores, APACHE Ⅱ score, improve tissue perfusion index, reduce the7day,28day mortality in patients. By statistics analysis, and attached to the SF group isbetter than that of control group (p <0.05).Conclusion:The study confirms that Shenfu Injection can significantly improve thepatients’ clinical symptoms and Tissue perfusion index，reduce the APACHE Ⅱ scoring28days and mortality, to improve the effect of sepsis shock therapy clinical has certainreference value.
