Objective: this study aims to through the analysis of nasogastric tube and theway of nasal jejunal tube feeding tubes different nutrition and patients with differentcombination of infusion time, in the process of nasogastric feeding relatedcomplications, nutrition index, the differences between the condition changes, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different infusion of tube feeding way, feeding tubes provide more basis for the clinical reasonable application. Methods: this study selected120cases of ICU critical patients, admitted to theICU ward24to48hours to start enteral nutrition therapy; According to differentcatheter indications and pumping time divided into24hours nasogastric tubeintermittent pumping group (NG1), nasogastric tube for a full24hours pumpinggroup (NG2), nasal jejunal tube continuous24hours pumping group (NJ1) and nasaljejunal tube continuous24hours (NJ2) pump into the group, each group30cases,groups of patients’ age, sex, disease severity were no statistical difference, comparable; Observation group, between groups in7days after the nursingintervention in patients with complications (gastric retention, diarrhea, constipation),nutritional status, serum total protein and condition changes (APACHE Ⅱ score),analyze its statistical significance.Results:(1) groups of patients with gender, age is no statistical difference (P>0.05), serum total protein and APACHE Ⅱ score before treatment had no statisticaldifference (P>0.05);(2) between groups in the process of treatment in patients withgastric retention, diarrhea, constipation, complication is no statistical difference (P>0.05);(3) NG1and NJ1group comparison before and after treatment serum totalprotein was statistically difference (P <0.05); NJ2and NG2group comparison before and after treatment serum total protein no statistical difference (P>0.05), andcompare NG1and NJ1group two groups of patients with serum total protein changeno statistical difference (P>0.05).(4) groups of patients were compared before andafter treatment the APACHE Ⅱ score was statistically difference (P <0.05), andcomparing two different ways of catheter APACHE Ⅱ score change no statisticaldifference (P>0.05), and comparing two different pump injection time APACHE Ⅱscore change no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:①Different enteral nutrition infusion for ICU patients in this studythere was no difference in complications of gastric retention、 diarrhea andconstipation;②Nasogastric tube24hours continuous pump into the way and thenasojejunal tube24hours continuous pump into the way patients with wassignificant effect of nutrition, But the two ways of nutritional index changes weredifferent catheter.③Patients were cured after treatment, But the improvement of thedisease were no significant differences in the degree.
