| Objective:To discuss the efficiency of nasal catheter in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:93 adhesive intestinal obstruction patients, from sep 2014 to nov 2016,has been selected to do the research of retrospective analyze.Among them,50 cases underwent endoscopic operation for the treatment of small bowel obstruction as the study group and other patients use the nasogastric tube as the control group.Comparing the efficiency of both treatment. Results:Compared with the control group of nasogastric tube therapy, the patients in study group who used the ileus tube in the treatment has short remission time and quick abdominal radiograph changes(4.4 + 2.35 d vs 8.6 + 4.7d),P<0.01.The total effective rate of the study group was 92%,and the effective rate of the control group was 46.7%,P<0.01.8% patients in the study group and 53.3% patients in control group ounderwent surgical treatment finally. For recurrence adhesive intestinal obstruction, nasal intestinal obstruction catheter treatment is superior to ordinary nasogastric tube(95% vs 37.5%).In the treatment group, the success rate of conservative treatment and the length of hospital stay were related to the amount of gastrointestinal decompression in the first day and the change of abdominal imaging,P<0.05.Conclusion:1、 The treatment of nasal catheter can be used in adhesive intestinal obstruction, and the efficiency is better than that of ordinary nasogastric tube.2、 In the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, the success rate of conservative treatment and the timing of operation were predicted according to the amount of gastrointestinal decompression and the change of abdominal imaging.3、 Although there have some risks,it is more convenient to insert the catheter through the endoscope. This is a worth spreading treatment. |
