| Objective:To discuss the relationship between mycoplasma pneumonia infection(MP) and acute urticaria(AU) and Chronic Urticaria(CU).To preliminarily evaluate the effect of azithromycin on the treatment of AU.Methods:Blood samples were collected from178patients with acute urticaria(group AU),194pations with Chronic Urticaria(group CU) and200healthy volunteers(group C) for qualitative determination of MP-IgM+IgG+IgA antibody in serum.and compare the results. The patients with AU whose MP antibody were positive, were randomly divided into2groups:azithromycin treatment group(group AAU) and routine treatment group(group RAU).The treatment of the patients with AU whose MP antibody were negative(group NAU) was the same to group RAU.The occurrence of positive MP antibody was recorded in all patients.Therapeutic effect was assessed at7d after treatment and the time to significant efficacy was recorded in3groups patients with AU. Results:The positive incidence of MP was48.31%in group AU,34.02%in group CU and29.00%in group C.Compared with group AU,the positive incidence of MP was significantly decreased in group CU and group C(P<0.05),While there was no significant difference between group CU and group C(P>0.05).Compared with group RAU and group NAU, the therapeutic effect was improved and effective rate was increased and the time to significant efficacy was decreased in group AAU(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection may be one of the pathogenesis of acute urticaria. The curative effect can significantly enhance in acute urticaria patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection by adding azithromycin for treatment. While the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is not relative to chronic urticaria. |
