Clinical Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Different Surgical Methods For Different Types Of Vocal Cord Polyp

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy of topical anesthesia fiber laryngoscope and general anesthesia micro-laryngoscope for different types of vocal cord polyp (VCP).MethodsThe clinical data of164vocal cord polyp cases patients in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University from November2010to October2012were analyzed retrospectively.66cases of patient were underwent topical anesthesia fiber laryngoscope vocal cord polyp enucleation (topical anesthesia fiber laryngoscope group;27cases of sessile polyps,39cases of pedunculated polyps).98cases of patient underwent general anesthesia micro-laryngoscope vocal cord polyp microscopic excision (general anesthesia micro-laryngoscope group,50cases of sessile polyps,48cases of pedunculated polyps). ResultsMean operative time of topical anesthesia fiber laryngoscope group and general anesthesia micro-laryngoscope group were (35.6±12.3) min,(46.5±17.6) min, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). For pedunculated polyp patients, two groups of postoperative acoustic parameters change, there was no significant difference (P>0.05);For sessile polyp patients, two groups of postoperative acoustic parameters change, there are significant differences, microscope general anesthesia laryngoscope effect is better than that of fiber laryngoscope surface anesthesia group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Microscopic laryngoscope general anesthesia group adverse complications was7.1%, slightly higher than topical anesthesia laryngoscope group (4.5%), but no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion1:for different types of vocal cords polyp, From the surgical point of time, we believe that the fiber topical anesthesia under laryngoscope operation time significantly less than the general anesthesia surgery under the microscopic laryngoscope.By analyzing voice parameters after taking different treatments for different types of vocal cord polyp, we believe that the micro laryngeal surgery is the best choice for sessile polyp, for pedicle vocal cord polyps, fiber laryngoscope surgery and microscopic laryngeal surgery,there is the same effect Voice acoustic analysis can be used as the vocal cords polyp lesion operation method choice, curative effect evaluation, operation voice recovery to determine an objective reference...
