To Observe The Clinical Effects And Safety Of Modified Ban Xia Hou Po Decoction And Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction In Treatment Of Globus Hystericus With Spleen Deficiency Syndrome And Stagnation Of Liver Qi

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and safety of modified ban xia hou po decoction and huang qi jian zhong decoction in treatment of globus symptom(pharyngeal neurosis,globus hystericus) with spleen deficiency syndrome and stagnation of liver qi.Methods:Select80patients with globus hystericus (stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency syndrome) from Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40patients each. The treatment group was treated with modified ban xia hou po decoction and huang qi jian zhong decoction, and the control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,with eight weeks as the course of which.There were integral level of clinical symptoms such as the abnormal sense of pharyngeal,depression or irritability,eating less food, no appetite, chest full of stuffy, chest pain and fullness,poor sleep,and abdominal distension for globus hystericus.There were the difference between before and after the two different treatment of three routine examinations,liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram.There were adverse effect of the two different treatment.There were recurrence rate of the patients of both group during the followed up three months.The four would be compared after the withdrawal of drug to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is100%.There are statistically significant differences for the effect of integral after treatment of the treatment group and control group (p<0.01), which indicate that the treatment group is superior to the control group.There are statistically significant differences for the recurrence rate of the patients of the two group (p<0.01),which indicate that the recurrence rate of the patients of treatment group was less than which of control group.There is no adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group.The pharyngeal discomfort and mood swings of patients of treatment group have been relieved more than that of control group, so as to other symptoms.Conclusion:There is a remarkable curative effect for modified ban xia hou po decoction and huang qi jian zhong decoction in treating globus hystericus with spleen deficiency syndrome and stagnation of liver qi.The treatment group is superior to the control group in efficacy.There is no adverse reaction for both group.
