To Observe The Clinical Effects And Safety Of Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang Modification In Treatment Of Functional Anorectal Pain With Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

To observe the clinical effects and safety of huang qi jian zhong tang modification in treatment of functional anorectal pain with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods:The70patients with functional anorectal pain (spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome) from Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30patients each. The treatment group was treated with huang qijian zhong tang modification,and the control group was treated with Alprazolam.The course of treatment was four weeks.Then the clinical symptoms such as the time of anrectal pain, the level of anrectal pain,the duration of anrectal pain,eating less food,no appetite,fatigue weakness and abdominal distension between two groups before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy,adverse effect of the two different treatment,three routine examinations,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram were compared to evaluate the safety. Evaluate recurrence rate after followed up for three months.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group is94.6%.The total curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference (p<0.05),the treatment group is superior to the control group.(2) The improvement of several clinical symptom between the two groups has significant difference (p<0.05), and the treatment group is superior than the control group.(3)There is no adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Huang qi jian zhong tang modification in treating functional anorectal pain with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome has a remarkable curative effect and is superior to the control group remarkable curative effect and is superior than the control group.
