Objective:To observe the spleen phlegm pill in the treatment of pixu (spleen deficient) phlegmy wet the clinical curative effect of polycystic ovary syndrome, provide more basis for Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS and more effective treatments.Methods:Choose the inclusion criteria of 30 cases of pixu (spleen deficient) phlegmy wet PCOS with spleen phlegm pill treatment, its control method is used. Drug curative effect evaluation after three months, were observed before and after treatment serum sex hormone levels and observe the improvement of endocrine level, evaluation of patients before and after the treatment of primary certificate, certificate of traditional Chinese medicine, ultrasound, BBT change and the change of the different aspects such as pregnancy, and to determine the efficacy of drugs.Results:②This study found that frequent PCOS in childbearing age women, age range at the age of 23.974.20 mm, longer course of the general, in the range of 4.23 + /- 1.19 years, it is difficult to cure the disease. ② 30 cases of pixu (spleen deficient) phlegmy wet PCOS patients with spleen phlegm pill treatment, after 3 months after treatment,3 cases were cured,12 cases pay off 11 cases effective,4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 86.67%. Today after treatment review ultrasound tip ovary small follicle number was decreased significantly, the polycystic status markedly improved, with significant difference statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:spleen phlegm pill in the treatment of pixu (spleen deficient) phlegmy wet PCOS receive better curative effect, especially for obese patients or with high testosterone and signs of patients. Through treatment can obviously improve the patient’s clinical signs, regulate endocrine, restore ovarian oviposit function, etc., and side effects of lighter, provide effective treatment for clinical treatment of PCOS.
