The Investigation Of Treatment And Diagnosis Of Pregnancy Loss In PCOS Patients Of Blood-heat Syndrome By Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:Modified Baoyin decoction,combined with duphaston, were used to treat PCOS patients who faced with pregnancy loss once, appear blood-heat syndrome in the early pregnancy. Symptom integral、the levels of progestogen and chorionic gonadotropin hormone、the size and change of gestation sac observed by ultrasound were observed to access the survival rate of fetus in early pregnancy.Methods:60 PCOS patients were enrolled from July,2014 to January,2015 at jiangsu province hospital of TCM,which was affiliated to nanjing university of Chinese medicine,reproductive center, be treated by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fill Yin Yang sequential and stimulate ovulation treatment of pregnancy, and blood-heat syndrome, faced with pregnancy loss.All of the patients had the symptom of viginal bleeding, with or without abdominal pain, waist sour belly, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. Control group:30 cases of patients with simple use to duphaston treatment; Treatment group:30 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Modified Baoyin decoction and duphaston treatment, traditional Chinese medicine with the card to add and subtract until up to pregnancy 12 weeks. During the period of drug use, patients need to stay in bed, prohibit sex, two weeks after blood check off, bed activity can be appropriately; Statistics of two groups of patients’basic situation, Chinese medicine symptom integral change, monitoring serum progesterone and HCG value, B ultrasonic probe embry survival rate in the early pregnancy. Analysis and comparision of pregnancy loss likely influence factors, the differences of two treatment outcome.Results:1. Symptom integral in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, suggested that both of the two treatments were effective. Symptom integral in traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly compared with the western group, suggest that modified Baoyin decoction was more effective when faced with threatened abortion, with blood-heat syndrome.2. Serum progesterone and HCG value were significantly increased after treatment, suggest that both of the two treatments were effective.No significant difference was find between the two groups after treatment showed that the two groups were in quite same effect in endocrine secretion.3. The two groups of B ultrasonic detection had significant differences before and after the treatment, embryonic development shows that both treatments were well promote the development of embryo and protect the fetus. No significant difference was find between two groups of B ultrasonic detection of fetal survival rate.4. Excessive higher BMI was a risk factor as to pregnancy outcome in both groups.Conclusions:Modified Baoyin decoction combined with duphaston, can obviously improve symptom integral、the levels of progestogen and chorionic gonadotropin hormone and promote the development of fetus growth. This showed that clearing heat and preventing abortion treatment by modified Baoyin decoction was effective when treat treat PCOS patients of blood-heat syndrome who were faced with pregnancy loss after get pregnant. BMI was a useful prediction factor in evaluating the pregnancy outcome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. The results showed that PCOS patients should improve the way of life, decrease BMI, and so can reduce the possibility of pregnancy loss.
