Observation On Curative Effect Of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills On Cardiac Function And Ventricular Remodeling Of Myocardial Infarction Patients After Reperfusion Strategies

Object:To observe the influences of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills on ventricular heart function and remodeling in the patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) after reperfusion strategies, and to evaluate the curative of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria, a total of 60 patients with STEMI received emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were randomized into two groups, the therapy group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The control group patients were given standardized western medicine treatment; while the therapy group patients plus taken Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills on the basic of western medicine. After 6 months, compared the clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome, heart function and structure, major adverse cardiovascular (MACE), adverse drug reaction(ADR) of two groups.Results:The clinical efficacies on LVEF and E/A in two groups were both improved after treatment, the changes in therapy group were significant different (P<0.05,P<0.01). After 6 months,the level of BNP decreased in both groups, but there were significant differences(P<0.01) and the therapy group decreased more. The result was consistent with the change of LVEF, which indicates that Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills can improve both Left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function. Compared with before treatment, the length of LVIDd and LVIDs in the two groups was decreased, the result of therapy group was better than control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). The statistically significant shows that the curative effect of Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills on reverse heart remodeling is superior. The incidence rate of MACE in therapy group was lower than that in control group, but there is no significant efficiency (P>0.05). The TCM main symptoms quantitative integral change of the two groups before and after treatment have statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group has a better effect on the syndromes of TCM. The safety results showed no remarkble difference in before and past therapy, which means Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills has an excellent safety.Conclusion:After reperfusion strategies,the treatment of combining Qishen Yiqi Gutta Pills and western medicine can effectively alleviate the TCM syndrome, improve heart function, reverse or delay heart remodeling. It is beneficial to the recovery of stunning myocardium and worth of popularized.
