Effect Of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill On Cardiac Function And Peripheral Vascular Stiffness In Elderly Patients With Chronic Heart Failure After Myocardial Infarction

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills on the detection of cardiac function and peripheral vascular stiffness in elderly patients with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarctionMethod According to the standard,this topic was selected from our hospital in January 2019-September 2020 in patients with congestive heart failure,100 cases of old age in chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction(non reduced left entricular ejection fraction)of patients as research object,random divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Two groups all use after myocardial infarction,the conventional western medicine diagnosis and treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,the experimental group compared with the control group used stilbene yiqi dropping pill,through half a year’s observation,compared two groups of patients in the clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine symptom score,cardiac function(allergic protein-C reflect,left ventricular ejection fraction,n-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,left ventricular diastolic diameter and left ventricular systolic diameter,etc.)and ventricular remodeling and peripheral vascular stiffness testResultIn terms of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF%),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular systolic diameter(LVFSD),the therapeutic effect of the experimental group and the control group was improved compared with that before treatment,but the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,which had a general significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)was reduced in both groups compared with before treatment,and the reduction rate in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,there was a significant managerial difference(P<0.01),which was consistent with the treatment of LVEF%,indicating that Qishen Yiqi dripping pills had a significant effect on correcting cardiac systolic function in patients Two groups of patients in the left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular systolic diameter(LVESD)are compared,the experimental group and control group after application of drugs are reduced,but the experimental group is superior to the control group(P<0.05)was statistically significant,suggesting stilbene and yiqi dropping pill on the improvement of ventricular remodeling in patients with more effective.The scores of TCM diagnosis and treatment in the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment,and the experimental group had statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.01),and the efficacy was better than that of the control group.There were no side effects and no significant changes in safety data in the experimental group(P BBB 0 0.05).Pulse wave velocity(PWV)decreased and ankle brachial index(ABI)increased in the peripheral vascular stiffness testConclusionFor elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure after myocardial infarction,under the premise of conventional western medicine treatment,the addition of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills can improve clinical symptoms,enhance cardiac function,reverse or delay ventricular remodeling,contribute to cardiac artery dilation,reduce hospitalization rate and mortality,and the clinical effect has been unanimously recognized by the industry.
