ObjectiveBy summarizing and evaluating the effect of the modern community standardized management of hypertension, having a better understanding of the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of hypertension to explore the integration scheme of Hypertension Community Standardization Management Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodsThrough expert interview, literature study, field survey, to analyze the present situation of modern hypertension management,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the prevention and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine of hypertension,and put forward hypertension community standardization management model framework.ResultsTo build the framework of hypertension community standardization management model of traditional Chinese medicine: the standardization of health education, traditional Chinese medicine constitution and syndrome determination, TCM syndrome classification management, non-pharmaceutical therapy, and the standardized monitoring information system,the standardized effect assessment.ConclusionBy build the hypertension community standardization management model of traditional Chinese medicine, to provide the theoretical support for the next step of hypertension community management.
