The Correlation Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Of Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure And ACE2,BNP、LVEF

Objective: Through testing the ACE2、BNP、LVEF of coronary heart disease with heart failure(CHD with HF), we explore the correlation among the level of ACE2, BNP and LVEF,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) different syndrome of CHD with HF and the severity of heart failure.Method: Collecting 90 patients of diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the heart center,30 normal persons in the health examination center in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Shandong. Collecting the patients’ general information, including symptom, sign, tongue, pulse and other clinical information, then all the patients are divided into two clinical types of TCM syndrome: 45 cases of gas deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; 45 cases of Heart and kidney the sun deficiency syndrome. According to the cardiac function standard of New York Heart Association. We divide patients into four groups: 30 healthy volunteers are grade I,30 patients are grade II, 30 patients are grade III, 30 patients are grade IV. We analyze these data through the statistics software SPSS l7.0.Results:1. Through the analysis of the data between heart failure group with normal control group, in addition to heart failure group LVEF, HDL-C is lower than the normal control group, ACE2, BNP,TC, LDL-C levels are higher than normal control group(P<0.01). 2. ACE2,BNP, LVEF, TG, HDL-C have significant difference between different classification of cardiac function(P<0.05).3.There is a significant positive correlation between age, ACE2, BNP and heart function classification(0<r<1,P<0.05).There is negative correlation between LVEF, HDL-C and heart function classification(-1<r<0,P<0.01).With the severity of heart failure,ACE2 and BNP are increasing, LVEF is decreasing. 4. Gas deficiency and blood stasis group compare with heart kidney the sun deficiency group, BNP and LVEF have significant difference(P<0.01),ACE2 hasn’t Statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1. ACE2, BNP levels of CHD with HF patients are significantly higher than the normal person, LVEF is significantly lower than the normal person. 2. Between ACE2, BNP and cardiac function have positive correlation, between LVEF and heart function classification have negative correlation.3. Heart kidney the sun deficiency patients,BNP is significantly higher than gas deficiency and blood stasis patients, LVEF is significantly lower than gas deficiency and blood stasis patients,ACE2 hasn’t significant difference.
