| Objective: To discuss the Zhuodu mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism and put forward principle-method-recipe-medicines in the treatment of the disease ccording to The Zhuodu Theory, provide the basis for clinical syndrome differentiation treatment.Methods: Using randomized controlled methods, 60 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hashimoto’s hypothyroidism patients divided into treatment group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1. All the subjects were treated on the basis of treatment(diabetes knowledge popularization, low iodine diet, exercise therapy, drug treatment), and blank control group, treatment group on the basis of foundation treatment to xiezhuo fuzheng tang. Observation time of 12 weeks, 4 weeks for a period of treatment, observation 3 period of treatment. Monitoring of the patient’s clinical symptoms integral before and after the treatment, and the physical and chemical indexes, using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis.Results: The clinical observation and statistical analysis show that post-treatment the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, thyroid function indexes, blood glucose, insulin resistance and blood lipid was better than control group, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Before and post the treatment of hepatic, kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood routine, routine urine are no abnormal change.Conclusion: The establishment of the method of Detoxification and detoxification Spleen and kidney was obvious clinical efficacy on the type 2 diabetes and the hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. Combined with 60 cases of clinical observation, the treatment group with clinical symptoms, thyroid function assay, blood glucose, blood lipids and other indexes were improved after treatment, and drug safety in the process of treatment, no abnormal change, provide the basis for clinical syndrome differentiation treatment. |
