Object:Insulin resistance(IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) as the core of pathogenesis, the reasons for its formation research is not yet clear. This experiment aimed at clearing blood detoxification combined application based on T2 DM patients with conventional therapy on the observation of interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin 8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP), fasting insulin(Fins) and other indicators of change, to analysis of qingxuejiedu composition effects on proinflammatory cytokines and the relationship between insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:Randomly selected in 2013 June to 2015 March, Wuhan Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(a hospital of Wuhan City) hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, Department of type 2 diabetes in 60 patients, lung and stomach heat syndrome type are intrinsic, heat toxin. According to randomly divided into routine treatment group and combined treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the patients in the two groups are not significantly in age, sex and duration difference(P>O.O5). Routine treatment group was given conventional therapy for eight weeks, the combined treatment group in the conventional treatment on the basis of the use of qingxuejiedu composition for eight weeks, qingxuejiedu composition for the Pharmaceutical Department of a hospital of Wuhan City, preparation, taking the method specifications for 200 ml / bottle,: 30 ml each time, 3 times per day. Two groups of patients with IL-6, IL-8, TNF- alpha, hs-CRP, Fins and TCM syndrome score, clinical syndromes efficacy were detected before and after treatment.Results:1 routine treatment group and combined treatment group before and after treatment of Fins and IRI decreased, but the combined therapy group than in the conventional treatment group differences greater(P<0.01). 2 patients in the two groups before and after treatment of IL-6, IL-8, TNF- alpha, hs-CRP inflammatory factors in vivo concentration decreased, there were statistical significance(P<0.05), after eight weeks of treatment, combined treatment group differences in IL-6, IL-8, TNF-alpha, hs-CRP pro-inflammatory factor(P<0.01) in the group is better than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). 3 conventional treatment group and combined treatment group and FPG Hb A1 C, before and after treatment for 2h PG decreased(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). 4 conventional treatment group in the course of treatment of hypoglycemia in 2 cases, combined treatment of 1 cases of hypoglycemia group occurs in the course of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups, with no statistical significance(P>0.05). 5 after eight weeks of treatment, combined treatment group score in TCM syndromes and clinical syndromes efficacy than the conventional treatment group difference larger(P<0.05), with significant difference. 6 safety observation: in the course of the study the patients in the two groups were no obvious changes of liver, renal function, blood, urine routine were not found.Conclusion:1 qingxuejiedu composition in the direct expression and effectively reduce the concentration of inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes, can significantly improve the level of insulin resistance in 2 qingxuejiedu composition can obviously improve the diabetic patients with dry mouth, thirst hi cold symptoms such as. 3 qingxuejiedu composition does not affect blood sugar fluctuations of type 2 diabetes, does not cause hypoglycemia. 4 qingxuejiedu composition mixture is safe and effective, non-toxic side effects.
