A Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Ovarion Cysts With Surrounding Acupunction Under The Guidance Of Ultrasound

ObjectiveThis experimental study observation through vaginal ultrasound imaging mediated by fixing the ovarian cyst, surrounding acupuncture cyst partial with conventional acupuncture ordinary acupuncture to treat ovarian cyst, compared with ordinary acupuncture treatment.To observe changes of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the size of the cyst and sex hormone levels(E2,FSH,LH)between the same group before and after treatment in the patients, the change of the symptoms of Chinese traditional medicine, the size of the cyst and sex hormone levels(E2,FSH,LH)between the two groups, to evaluate this method in the treatment between the two groups of ovarian cyst in improving patients’ TCM syndrome and the effectiveness of the cyst size and sex hormones(E2,FSH,LH). combined with clinical practice to assassment this manner of dealing with ovarian hydatoncus, in improving invalids’ TCM syndrome and the effectiveness of the cyst size and sex hormone, showed clinical efficacy of treating cyst through surrounding acupuncture of the local fixed-point. MethodThe clinical study choose 56 cases of ovarian cyst diagnosed by patients in May 2013 to May 2014 in the hubei university of Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic will and national physician hall. 28 cases of patients withing ultrasound mediated positioning thorn with common acupuncture treatment of ovarian cyst as treatment group. 28 cases of patients withing common acupuncture treatment of ovarian cysts as control group. The pathological data in no obvious difference in age, course of diseases ect,so the two groups have statistical significance. Treatment group determine position of ovarian cyst throughr vaginal ultrasound images under mediated by acupuncture and marked.Deeping 0ne needle at that point as the center,and Acupuncturing six needles interval 0.5cm. The rest of the acupoint routine acupuncture,retaining the needle for 30 minutes, a needle from each line of acupoints for 10 min, every other day at a time, 6 times for a period of treatment.then to determine position of ovarian cyst throughr the ultrasuond guided intervention and mark it aster a period of treatment. Surrounding Acupunction Treatment of Ovarion Cysts with acupuncture ordinary acupuncture treatment, continuous treatment of 1 courses, rest 2 days between two period of treatment.The control group has the same points and acupuncture method as the treatmene group, retaining the needle for 30 minutes, a needle from each line of acupoints for 10 min, every other day at a time, 10 times for a period of treatment, continuous treatment of 1courses, and rest 2 days between two period of treatment. Menstruation stop treatment. The clinical data of the patients are collected that including patients’ TCM syndrome, ovarian cyst under ultrasound and the level of the sex hormone, comparative analysis after treatment. Results1.From the comprehensive effect of two groups before and after therapy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%. The total effective rate of the control group was 75%. No adverse reaction was found by acupuncture.comprehensive comparison of curative effect between the two groups throngh statistical analysis had significant difference(P < 0.05),showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2. They are obvious differences(P<0.05) in both groups through comparing before and after treatment from disease and syndromes, suggest that these two treatments for diseases in disease and syndrome of TCM has significant improvement action. The treatment group effect is more obvious from the treatment group and control group improve disease and symptoms.3.The two groups have significant difference(P<0.05)through comparing before and after treatment from the point of ultrasonic testing cyst mass,suggest that these two approaches to smaller cyst patients have obvious effect. The treatment group compared with the control group of cyst volume reduction of thedifference, there was significant difference, the treatment group was better than that of the control.4.The are no obvious difference and all within the normal range from the two groups before and after treatment in patients with sex hormones. ConclusionThe clinical efficacy effect of acupuncture therapy of ovarian cystic is obvious throuhg acupuncturing regular points and surrounding acupuncturing the ovarian cystic which is positioned after ultrasound guided intervention.They can effectively improve the patient’s condition and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and significantly reduce local ovarian cyst bag piece. Patients with oophoritic cysts avoide surgery, laparoscopic and other traumatic treatment in the way, the treatment method is simple,economic and no side effect.therefore it has broad prospects in the treatment of oophoritic cysts,and it is worth for clinical application.
