Study On The Rules Of Medications For The Treatment Of Ovarian Cysts By Professor Qu Xiufen

Objective: This study sorted out and analyzed the prescription of Professor Qu Xiufen’s treatment of ovarian cysts based on the retrospective study by statistical methods,discussed the medication rules and treatment principles of Professor Qu Xiufen’s treatment of this disease,summarized the clinical experience of the famous Chinese medicine,to provide more reference for the treatment of this disease and pass on the experience.Methods: The medical records of patients diagnosed with benign ovarian cysts in Professor Qu Xiufen’s outpatient department from December 2019 to December 2021 were collected.180 effective prescriptions consistent with the diagnosis of benign ovarian cysts and treated with Traditional Chinese medicine were extracted.We used the Excel table to establish a database to calculate the drug frequency,frequency,efficacy,sexual taste and frequency of meridian return.SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used for cluster analysis and factor analysis of high-frequency drugs,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results:1.180 effective prescriptions involving 146 Chinese medicines were included in this study,with a total frequency of 2607 times.The results showed that the top 5 drugs used by Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of ovarian cysts were drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,drugs for nourishing deficiency,drugs for clearing heat,drugs for regulating qi and drugs for improving water permeability and dampness.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and cold,the taste is primarily sweet,bitter and spicy,and the return meridian is mainly liver meridian and kidney meridian.The top 10 Chinese herbs in the use frequency of single drug were Curcumae rhizoma,Salvia miltior rhiza,Angelicae sinensis radix,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Poria,Cyperi rhizoma,Paeoniae radix rubra,Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus,Paeoniae radix alba and Cassia twig.2.Cluster analysis: Cluster analysis was performed on 23 Chinese herbs with a frequency ≥ 40 times,and It obtained 5 common drug groups and drug pairs: A1: Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus,Prunellae spice and Ostrear concha;A2: Paeoniae radix alba,Corydalis rhizoma and Moutan cortex;A3: Salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelicae sinensis radix;A4: Paeoniae radix rubra,Persicae zemen,Curcumae rhizoma,Spargani Rhizoma;A5: Cassia twig and Poria.3.Factor analysis: Factor analysis was performed on 23 Chinese herbs with a frequency of ≥ 40 times,and 8 common factors were extracted,with a cumulative contribution rate of 61.796% : F1: Spargani Rhizoma,Persicae zemen,Paeoniae radix rubra and Paeoniae radix alba;F2:Prunellae spice,Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus,Ostrear concha;F3: Codonopsis radix and Moutan cortex;F4: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Curcumae rhizoma,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma;F5: Poria and Cassia twig;F6: Angelicae sinensis radix,Achyranthis bidentatae rdaix;F7: Coicis semen;F8: Cyperi rhizoma.4.Association rules: ninety-one groups of core drug combinations were obtained by association rules analysis of 23 Chinese herbs with frequency ≥ 40 times.The five groups with highest frequency were: G1:Curcumae rhizoma-Spargani Rhizoma,Poria.G2:Curcumae rhizoma-Sp argani Rhizoma,Salvia miltiorrhiza;G3: Salvia miltiorrhiza-Moutan cortex,Paeoniae radix alba;G4: Angelicae sinensis radix-Aurantii fructus immaturus,Salvia miltiorrhiza;G5: Angelicae sinensis radix-Lichi semen,Chuanxiong rhizoma.Conclusion:1.Based on the analysis of the top 10 Chinese medicines in the list of frequency of use,it is concluded that the drugs promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Professor Qu Xiufen’s treatment of ovarian cysts are mainly drugs promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.2.Professor Qu Xiufen’s main treatment principles for ovarian cysts are: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;meanwhile,the methods of regulating the liver,regulating qi,dissipating phlegm and dispersing knot,benefiting kidney and promoting blood circulation,clearing heat and detoxifying according to syndrome differentiation.3.Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of ovarian cysts in the elimination of disease,filling deficiency,dampness and other standard methods above the importance of the acquired origin and adjustment of mood,and from the perspective of the treatment of disease points out that the attention will be carefully raised,after recovery.
