| Objective: Experimental study of the “Qilian Fuzheng Capsule†on H22 ascites hepatoma mice transplanted tumor therapeutic effect, explore the Qilian Fuzheng Capsules inhibitory effects and mechanism of substance transformation in H22 ascites hepatoma transplantation tumor of epithelial, combining with the analysis of the prescription, explore the Qilian treatment of Fuzheng Capsule in hepatocellular carcinoma in the role and status.Methods: The establishment of tumor bearing mice with H22 liver cancer model, grouping and drug intervention were killed after two weeks, weighing specimens from tumor, spleen and thymus was measured in different groups, the tumor inhibition rate, chest(spleen) index, and levels of expression were determined by RT-PCR TGF-β1 mRNA, expression levels were measured by E cadherin, waveform protein Western blot method, application statistical methods to analyze the results; access to relevant literature, research, from the modern pharmacological composition and meridian of Qilian Fuzheng capsule.Results: Qilian Fuzheng Capsule can inhibit tumor bearing mice with H22 liver cancer tumor growth in mice, and can reduce the expression of tumor tissue TGF- beta 1mRNA, enhance the expression of E cadherin in tumor tissue, decrease the expression of vimentin; research, from the modern pharmacological composition and meridian angle confirmed Qi lian Fu zheng capsule has anti tumor, improve immune function, and combined with cisplatin, can play a synergistic effect attenuated.Conclusion: Qi lian Fu zheng Capsule has anti tumor growth, inhibit tumor metastasis and improve the immune function, the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of epithelial mesenchymal transition effects associated with cisplatin, the application can play a synergistic effect attenuated, its application in treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with feasibility. |
