Clinical Study On Arthroscopic Repair Of Knee Meniscus Three Degree Injury

Objective:Research evaluation repair under arthroscope knee joint meniscus Ⅲ° injury clinical curative effect, Sum up experience and the treatment experience.Materials and methods:The medical records of this study is derived from the affiliated hospital of Shandong university of TCM injury orthopedic ward, since January 2013 to November 2013hospitalized in our department of 36 patients with III degree of knee joint meniscus injury。All of the patients are in line with the requirements of the study. Has successfully conducted under arthroscopy torn meniscus suture repair surgery. Depending on the type of tears the locations and choice of different suture method and way of stitching。Combines the condition of patients with postoperative rehabilitation training of detailed planning, Regular review. This group of cases in a year later the Barrett, standard judging success rate of surgery, the Lysholm marking and IKDC scores were assessed。Results:This group of 36 patients were discharged from hospital after regular outpatient care, are effectively pays a return visit, use the Lysholm, IKDC knee surgery postoperative scores, P< 0.05 was statistically significant, fine rate was 86.1%. Subjective and objective evaluation of knee joint function improved, the treatment effect is satisfactory.Conclusion; Knee joint meniscus Ⅲ° injury choose arthroscopic surgery can obviously improve the function of the knee joint, maximum limit save the meniscus, small surgical trauma, secondary injury of the knee joint mild, shorter hospitalization time, can early rehabilitation training, comprehensive effect is satisfactory.
