Objective:Observation of Geng YuTang combined with acupoint catgut embedding t herapy of liver kidney yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome in patients with clini cal efficacy and its influence on the endocrine, observe nourishing the liver and kidney, supplementing qi and nourishing yin with the acupoint catgut embedding therapy for peri menopausal syndrome in patients with clinical symptom score, the level of endocrine eff ects. And to explore its possible mechanism and to explore the clinical treatment of peri menopausal syndrome to provide reliable scientific basis.Method:60cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of l iver and kidney patients according to visit order according to the random number tabl e were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. T he treatment group take acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with GengYuTa ng; the control group oralmedication of hormone replacement therapy progynova,medro xyprogesterone acetate capsule, clinical evaluation, the patients in the two groups after3 months of treatment with TCM syndrome score and modified Kupperman score a nd endocrine FSH, LH, E2 level and thedegree and treatment results were compared to other symptoms.Result:After 3 course of treatment, the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively is 93.33% and 86.67%. In treatment group recovered 3 c ases, 17 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effectiveness and 2 cases, the total effect ive rate was 93.33%; Control group: 1 case, 7 cases were markedly improved, effe ctive recovery 18 cases, 4 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 86.67%. Treatment group and control group before treatment the symptoms integral no d ifference(P > 0.05), after treatment the curative effect of treatment group was obvio usly better than the control group(P < 0.01). Kupperman index were significantly r educed in both groups, the treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.01); Treat ment group after treatment, baking hot sweat, insomnia, fatigue, joint pain, skin itc h their ant points compared with before treatment(p < 0.01), sex, urinary organ in fection, heart palpitations, symptoms such as headaches, mood swings, integral has statistical significance(p < 0.05), while depression, suspicion and treatment before no statistical significance(p > 0.05). Hot flushes the sweat out of the two groups after treatment, insomnia, fatigue, joint pain, heart palpitations, comparison was stati stically significant(P < 0.05), indicating that the two groups of major clinical symp toms of perimenopausal syndrome has good treatment effect, especially in insomnia,hot flashes, sweating, fatigue, joint pain symptoms, the treatment group compared with control group with significant difference(P < 0.01). After 3 period of treatme nt, two groups of serum E2 levels are characterized by elevated(P < 0.01); Serum FSH and LH were lower(P < 0.01). Contrast between sex hormone levels in the two groups after treatment, the treatment group increased serum E2 levels, serum F SH is more obvious(P < 0.05); LH of no statistical significance(p > 0.05).Conclusion: The two kind of therapy methods of perimenopausal syndrome of yi n deficiency of liver and kidney have a therapeutic effect, but geng yutang combine d with acupoint catgut embedding therapy was more effective than hormone replace ment therapy(P<0.01), with the exact clinical curative effect. The clinic should be co mbined with the actual situation, choose the best treatment method to weigh the adva ntages and disadvantages.
