| Objective: Observation of kidney strong bone pill in the treatment of senile diabetic osteoporosis clinical curative effect and explore its action mechanism.Methods: A randomized, single-blinding trial was conducted, according to diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, a total of 60 cases of diabetic patients with osteoporosis were divided into control group and treatment group according to the proportion of 1:1. Under the precondition of foundation treatment and conventional hypoglycemic drugs, the control group was given Caltrate D treatment, while the treatment group was given kidney strong bone pill. 2 months were a course of treatment, giving efficacy evaluation after 2 courses of treatment. Observing two groups of patients before and after the treatment of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2h postprandial plasma glucose(2h PG), glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c), serum calcium, serum Phosphorus, estradiol, testosterone, bone mineral density and IL-6,then adopt SPSS17.0 to perform statistical analysis.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%, while the control group was 43.3%, the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of patients, lowering the level of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1 c, serum phosphorus and IL-6, raising the level of serum calcium, male testosterone, female estradiol and bone density. In improving the clinical symptoms, the treatment group was better than the control group, and had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: kidney strong bone pill can obviously improve the senile diabetic osteoporosis clinical symptoms, raising the level of male testosterone, female estradiol and bone density lowering, the level of IL-6, the treatment group was better than control group. And there was no obvious function of liver and kidney damage, treatment for the disease was safe and effective. |
