| Objective: Through clinical trials, observe the effect of Jiawei Chuanxiongchatiao clinical curative effect and mechanism of powder in the treatment of cold hit migraine.Methods: 60 cases of wind cold invasion of migraine patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules, 10 mg, 1 times per night, before going to bed. The treatment group were treated by Chuanxiong chatiao San decoction, daily 1 agent, with a course of 14 days, 1,2 course of treatment. T o observe the changes of TCM syndrome score, VAS score, headache duration, headache attack frequency, headache index, hemorheology, plasma GMP-140, plasma TXB2 and vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity were compared.Results:(1) The treatment group 14 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, effective 6 cases, invalid 2 cases, control group8 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective, effective 6 cases, invalid 9 cases, by statistical comparison of Z=-2.203, P=0.028,P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group.The total efficiency of two groups were: 70% in the control group, the treatment group of 93.33%, the total efficiency of two groups comparison of x2=5.455, P=0.020,P<0.05, the treatment group than the control gr oup.(2) Comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome integral treatment: control group is(9.87 + 3.24),( 7.25 +2.46) in the treatment group, the two group: P<0.05,(3)Comparison of two groups of VAS pain scores after treatment: the control group of( 5.26 + 1.93),(3.52 + 1.47) in the treatment group, the two groups in P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group.(4) Comparison of two groups of high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrin glue after treatment, the two groups in P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group(5) Comparison of two groups in plasma after GMP-140 treatment, the control group is(24.05 + 5.41)treatment group is 17.36 + 5.12, the two groups in P<0.05, the two groups in P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group(6) Comparison of two groups of plasma T XB2 after treatment, the control group is(258.73 + 31.28),(205.12 + 29.24) in the treatment group, the two groups in P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group.(7) The two groups after treatment of headache, headache attack frequency, duration of the headache index comparison, the control group headache duration treatment group headache duration is(33.50 + 29.05),(1.33 + 1.28)headache attack frequency headache index of(95.35 + 91.80), treatment group headacheduration is(13.21+ 20.77),( 0.51+ 0.78), headache attack frequency headache index(35.68 + 61.42), the two groups in P<0.05, the treatment group than the control group.(8) Comparison of two groups of vertebral artery and basilar artery Vp, Vd, Vm, PI changes before and after treatment, there was no statistical significance, P > 0.05. Conclusion: Decoction of Chuanxiong chatiao San can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of the coldinvasion of migraine patients, reduced in patients with migraine headache duration, headache attack frequency, headache degree, and the effect is good, high safety. Decoction of Chuanxiong chatiao San in the improvement of wind cold invasion migraine patients of vertebral artery, basilar artery of brain Vp, Vd, Vm, PI had no obvious effect. Changes in patients with migraine in hemorheology and platelet function, decoction of Chuanxiong chatiao San can inhibit platelet aggregation, platelet activation and release reaction and improve the abnormal blood rheology, and its mechanism may be related. |
