| Objective:By revealing plantar pressure characteristics in normal feet, halluxvalgus feet and flatfoot,we could enrich the database and provide referencesfor clinical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Methods:This study adopts the system of Footscan usb-0.5m in pressuemeasurement.0.5meters test plate was fixed on a6-meter-long EVAtrail.Theparticipants walk slowly on the EVA trail at a constant speed for10times.Wetake the mean of the5sets of data for each foot as1set of data, and dividethe plantar area into10regions,and then observe trends among differentregions within the same group or different groups.Result:1.there is no statistical difference (P>0.05) in EndTimeã€Max Fã€Loadrateã€Impulseã€Max P between the left and the right feet among normaladults, but when it comes to “Contact areaâ€,the left is less than the right inregions of metatarsals1,2,3,4,and more than the right in regions ofmetatarsal5and Toe1,and the statistical differences (P <0.05) are exist.2.The order among the metatarsals in landing the ground isM4→M5→M3→M2→M1,and there is no statistical difference (P>0.05)between M4and M5,while statistical differences (P <0.05) are exist in the other metatarsals.3.The percentages of the normal group in Max F of heel and M2ã€M3are26.8%and11.67%ã€11.34%.Conclusion:1. In the process of walking forward, center of gravity are more inclined toright front..2.The order among the metatarsals in landing the ground is from thelateral to the medial.3.The function of metatarsal2and3in weight-bearing can not beignored, and we should try to avoid the operation of resecting the metatarsalhead.4.Flatfoot can increase the risk for hallux valgus,so the mild flatfoot alsocan not be ignored,it should be treated earlily and be prevented in time. |
