| Background:Colorectal polyps is refers to from the bulge shape excrescence mucosal surface protrusions into the lumen of the large intestine, including adenomatous polyposis has been recognized for colorectal cancer precancerous lesions, in recent years the concern and attention of medical workers at home and abroad, research shows that, after excision of the adenoma recurrence rate was 30% and 50%, and multiple adenomas rate higher than solitary recurrence within 2 years, the cumulative incidence of relapse was 75.5%, so the regular follow-up of patients of colorectal polyps in the prevention and treatment of early colorectal cancer is very important. Objective:To summarize through analysis of colorectal adenomatous polyps in patients with common symptoms, signs, to explore the correlation between clinical and pathology of colorectal adenomatous polyps, the distribution regularity of TCM Syndromes of colorectal adenomatous polyps, and provide the basis for the treatment and prevention of the disease.Research methods:Based on literature and combined with expert advice on the research of the design of the TCM syndrome of colorectal adenomatous polyps observation table (Appendix A), the method of clinical epidemiological investigation and research,175 cases of colorectal adenomatous polyps in patients with TCM syndrome data collection in 2014 March to 2014 December hospitalized in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of digestive endoscopy center, will record the data entered in the SPSS database, the establishment of syndrome information database, using descriptive analysis, clustering analysis and other statistical methods, to analyze the relationship between colorectal adenomatous polyp patients age, gender, location, main clinical manifestations, pathological type, to summarize the TCM Syndrome distribution law.Results:1.Patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps, more male than female, the male to female ratio was 1.5:1.2.The occurrence of colorectal polyps increased with age, the 59-69 ages of the patients are high risk group.3. Adenomatous polyposis of different pathological types, the highest rate of tubular adenoma, followed by a villous adenoma, adenoma mixed, serrated adenoma incidence at least.4.There is no correlation between colorectal adenomatous polyps pathologic types and gender5. The incidence of colorectal adenomatous polyps in the sigmoid colon are the most, next is the rectum and descending colon, cecum occurrence rate is the lowest.6.Adenomatous polyposis patients can be roughly divided into 4 categories:Damp heat in spleen and blood stasis type, intestine, liver qi stagnation, spleen kidney yang deficiency. The incidence of spleen kidney yang deficiency type was the highest, followed by the damp and intestinal type of stagnation of liver qi, spleen deficiency with blood stasis type in patients with the lowest rate of occurrence. |
