The Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Kidney And Inducing Ovulation Recipe On LUFS Patients During Ovary Stimulation Cycle

Objective:This study used tonifying kidney recipe on ovulation induction of follicular unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) patients stimulation cycles intervention, to observe the clinical effect of the method, and to explore its possible mechanism, so as to provide clinical reference in TCM treatment of LUFS caused by infertility, ovulation period for relapsed LUFS patients seeking a safe, effective and cheap treatment method.Methods:40 patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the treatment group, Yishen ovulation +HCG treatment; the control group of 20 cases, using a simple HCG treatment. Comparison of two groups of LUF cycle ovulation rate, recurrence rate, pregnancy rate, clinical symptoms of TCM score, basal body temperature of BBT high temperature phase graded, and to explore the mechanism of Bushen Tongluo Decoction in prevention of brief stimulus cycle LUF recurrence. At the same time, the patients were observed the treatment cycle basic sexual hormone level (LH) and correlation between urinary LH peak and LUFS recurrence.Results:the treatment group included 20 patients, a total of 54 cycles,34 cycles of normal ovulation, the ovulation rate was 62.96%; the control group included 20 patients, a total of 53 cycles,20 cycles of normal ovulation, the ovulation rate was 37.74%; the treatment group 6 cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 30%, control group L cases of pregnancy, pregnancy rate of 5%. The two groups before treatment of TCM symptom score showed no statistical significance (P>0.05), after treatment, two groups of TCM symptoms integral were statistically significant (P<0.01). The treatment group before and after treatment of TCM symptom score were statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group before and after treatment of TCM symptom score showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).
