Clinical Study Of Buyang Decoction In Treating Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Luteal Phase Defect Infertility

Objective:Through the establishment of three groups, to observe their clinical efficacy, statistical analysis was performed on the results of treatment, evaluation of Buyang Decoction to the disease treatment effect of its mechanism, to find the feasible ideas of this disease drug standard clinical TCM treatment.Methods:66 cases of patients was randomly divided into three groups.22 cases in the control group took Dydrogesterone for 12 days after ovulation.22 cases of Chinese medicine group took Buyang Decoction for 12 days after ovulation.Group 22 cases with combination of TCM and Western medicine took Dydrogesterone plus Buyang Decoction for12 days after ovulation. Continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles, using the control method, observation of TCM syndrome, basal body temperature, endocrine hormones, ovulation when the dominant follicle size, pregnancy, the use of software for statistical analysis, the scientific evaluation of the therapeutic effect can be obtained.Results:Control group, Chinese medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has each total effective rate 65%,86%,100%, the pregnancy rate 17.6%,23.8%,27.3%.Through the statistical analysis, the control group in the basal body temperature, TCM syndrome there were significant differences between before and after the treatment. During the luteal phase E2, P and when you ovulate dominant follicle size than before treatment had no statistical difference. The Chinese medicine group during the luteal phase P, TCM syndrome and basal body temperature and other aspects than before treatment there were significant differences. There were no significant difference in ovulation, luteal phase dominant follicle size E2 level than before treatment. Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group in the luteal phase of P level, the basal body temperature, TCM syndrome than before treatment there were significant differences in luteal phase; E2, ovulation when the dominant follicle size than before treatment had no statistical difference. The three groups after treatment were compared between groups, luteal phase P level and TCM syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, on the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group than in the control group there were significant differences between Chinese and Western medicine group, TCM group, no difference in statistics; in the luteal phase E2 levels and basal body temperature, ovulation and pregnancy rate of the dominant follicle size no statistically significant difference between integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, the control group; the total clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group than in the control group had significant difference, the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group, combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group had no significant difference on the total clinical efficacy.Conclusions:Buyang Decoction in the treatment of this disease has a affirmative curative effect.It can promote the secretion of progesterone luteal phase after ovulation, improve the basal body temperature of the disease, reduce adverse TCM symptoms, increase embryo implantation rate.
