| Purpose:this study guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, through controlled clinical research, observe the ZhiGanCao Decoction with a beneficial effect of Yin Yang Qi and blood to improve postoperative gastric cancer patients with clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of related adverse reaction of chemotherapy, improve the life quality of patients, to explore the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with postoperative gastric cancer.Methods:40 patients who conform this research standard, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=20), are given the same basic treatment.The treatment group for ZhiGanCao Decoction and chemotherapy;The control group were gived chemotherapy Purely. Observe the two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, life quality, body weight changes, Adverse reactions, such as serum tumor markers CEA related indicators, and statistical analysis of the results.Results:show that the treatment group was better than the control group with overall symptoms improve (P<0.05), body weight increased significantly (P<0.05), and improve the life quality (P<0.05);In reducing serum CEA indicators there was no difference between the two groups (P <0.05); Treatment group’s rate of gastrointestinal reactions was lower than the control group (P <0.05), but the bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney function of adverse reaction had no significant differences.Conclusion:postoperative gastric cancer patients have the patho genesis of healthy Qi deficiency, more deficiency and less pathogenic factors, clinical observation showed that the rationality of the ZhiGanCao Decoction with a beneficial effect of Yin and Yang as well as Qi and blood to treatment the postoperative gastric cancer patients, proved that the syndrome differentiation and treatment use of ZhiGanCao Decoction is a kind of effective means of postoperative chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma. |
