Objective: Trough comparative analysis of clinical abdominal,vaginal,laparoscopic assisted vaginal these three ways of hysterectomy, Discussion of these three surgical clinical results, their advantages and disadvantages, safety and feasibility.Methods:Retrospective analysis the full hysterectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical patients from January 2013 to December 2013,According to certain selection and exclusion criteria,235 cases finally were remained.and were divided into abdominal hysterectomy(TAH) had 94 cases, vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) had 97 cases, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH) in 44 cases,These three groups of surgical patients age, uterine volume,the types of diseases,previous pelvic surgery, operative time, blood loss, postoperative flatus time, hospital stay, hospital costs and complications were gathered statistics.Results:Use the way of abdominal, vaginal, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy to process the hysterectomy,the results showed in the operative time, blood loss terms, anal exhaust time, hospital stay, hospital costs and complications TVH group were significantly better than TAH group(P<0.05),LAVH group has certain advantages of postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications exhaust time(P<0.05),But its operation time is longer, more blood loss, hospital costs are relatively increased.Conclusion:1.Each of the three approaches for hysterectomy surgery has its own indicatio ns, advantages and disadvantages. Wishes of the individual patient, the doctor’s surgical ex perience, medical equipment, etc. should be taken into consideration comprehensively und er the premise of the safety and effectiveness of the surgery when choosing surgical approach for the patients.2. considering the advantages and disadvantages of all the surgery ways, vaginal surgery is the best choice in the case of contraindication of nonviginal surgery, which can be regarded as the preferred surgery way to cut off uterus. 3.The gynecologist ought to be reinforced in the training of the laparoscope and the experi ence in minimally invasive operation so as to minimize the wounds of the patient and enha nce the operation quality. And the application of the minimally invasive operation shall b e further expanded.
