A Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Distribution Regularity On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Induced By ABO Blood Type Incompatibility

Objective:Through the collection, collation and study of clinical cases, explore the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of RSA induced by ABO Blood Type Incompatibility, further understanding of its pathogenesis, to develop a standardized treatment based on syndrome differentiation standard and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment with TCM in patients with pregnancy.Methods: Select the patients of RSA induced by ABO Blood Type Incompatibility treatmented in Shangdong Province-owned Hospital and Shandong Provincial TCM Hospital, using of statistical methods to investigate TCM syndrome distribution law.Analysis of correlation on patient’s age, the times of spontaneous abortion, Ig G blood type antibody titer and TCM syndrome type distribution.Result:(1)In 108 patients, the most common symptoms were the color dark purple, Yaoxisuanruan and leukorrhea color yellow, by the line clamping blocks, normally less abdominal pain, abdominal pain during menstruation refused to press, anorexia and loose stools, premenstrual breast swelling.The tongue has more to see dark purple tongue with petechia and ecchymosis, red tongue, pale tongue scalloped. Tongue has more to see yellow moss, moss greasy and thin white fur. Pulse frequency from high to low are string pulse, unsmooth pulse, slippery pulse, weak pulse, pulse number, pulse Shen, fine pulse.(2)The 108 patients of this study, damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in 39 cases(36.1%), spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in 32 cases(29.6%), qi stagnation and blood stasis in 25 cases(23.2%), qi and yin deficiency syndrome in 7 cases(6.5%), Spleen Deficiency Hyperactivity of liver syndrome of dampness heat in 2 cases(1.9%), kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation and blood stasis Certificate in 2 case(1.9%), kidney deficiency syndrome in 1 cases(0.9%);(3) It was performed,of the age of patients, the frequency of spontaneous abortion and the distribution of TCM syndromes by chi square test, P < 0.05.Conclusion: The survey study of TCM syndrome types of RSA induced by ABO Blood Type Incompatibility mainly "Damp heat and blood stasis syndrome, spleen kidney deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis, Qi and yin deficiency of the two" four card types.The mainly mechanism of this disease is the impulse effect on either deficiency of the spleen and kidney, qi stagnation and blood stasis of damp heat, Chong and Ren uterus directly damage effect, makeing the Chong and Ren and the fetus not solid, and as this disease. It has internal relation of the age of patients, the times of spontaneous abortion and TCM syndrome distribution.
