Objective:Based on "the inheritance of TCM system(V2.5)" software, analysis of infantile pneumoniaprescriptiondrug law.Method: CollectHospital Affiliated to Shandong University of TCM in 2013 January~ Decemberpediatricpneumonia368 cases,thetreatmentprescriptionscreeningwitha total of 712, the application of "the inheritance of TCM system(V2.5)" software,screened 712 prescriptions in the first analysis, get theprescriptionlawof prescription medication,exploring the way ofTCMin the treatment of pneumonia in children.Results:Getthe commonly used drugin the treatment of pneumonia in children20,get 25 common drugcombination andassociation rules;drugmutual information methodimprovedintercorrelation degree analysis ofgrey degreein more than 0.02 of thetotal of 64 based onmedicine;complex system entropybased clustering,the evolution of3 ~5 medicines ofcorecombinedtotal of 52group;through the entropyof hierarchical clustering algorithmof software integration, miningclusteringinto coreportfolio of newprescription ofa total of 7 pairs,further aggregated intoa total of 7newprescription.Conclusion:Treatment of infantile pneumonia common treatments include clearing lung heat, relieving cough and asthma, phlegm, spleen qi, nourishing blood, invigorating qi and nourishing Yin, Qi pain; treatment of infantile pneumonia prescription rule is: Xin Xuan and bitter descending toopen lung Yu, in addition to phlegm, accompanied by pleasant embellish earth golden,distinguish cold heart medication and around the "heat, cough, phlegm and asthma disease" four emphasis adjustment compatibility.
