Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System To Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Li In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism

Objective: To conduct a retrospective study of a professor Li medical records for the treatment of hyperthyroidism,analyze her medication rules for the treatment of hyperthyroidism,and then summarize the professor’s academic thoughts,hoping to provide experience and basis for the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism.Method: Collect the case data of patients with hyperthyroidism treated by a professor from January 2019 to June 2020,enter the medical record data that meets the inclusion criteria into the TCM Inheritance Assistance System(V2.5)to establish a database,and establish a database for gender,age,age,Statistics of syndrome type treatment,frequency of medicine,type of medicine,and meridian of nature and taste are calculated.Advanced data mining methods such as rule association analysis method,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy clustering,etc.are used to analyze core drugs,drug combination models and drug-syndrome linkages.Results: 1.Gender and age: 87 cases of hyperthyroidism were included in this study,including 23 males and 64 females.The male to female ratio was1:3,and the age distribution was concentrated between 20-39 years old.2.Syndrome treatment: the 87 patients with hyperthyroidism included in the study have a total of 180 visits.The syndrome statistics are qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction syndrome,liver fire vigorous syndrome,phlegm blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome in order of frequency..A total of 18 treatment methods are included.The main treatment methods include regulating qi and resolving phlegm,soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and purging fire,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and resolving phlegm and gallbladder.3.Medication rule: The 180 prescriptions excavated this time contained111 Chinese medicines.The commonly used medicines are qi regulating medicine,heat clearing medicine(heat-clearing and purging gunpowder),soothing medicine(Nourishing and tranquilizing medicine);High-frequency traditional Chinese medicines include white peony,Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium,Poria,Angelica,Sour date seed,tangerine peel,Prunella vulgaris,Polygala,Litchi seed,etc.;most of the medicinal properties are warm and cold medicines.The medicinal taste is the most bitter,followed by sweet and pungent;the medicinal meridian mainly enters the liver,spleen and heart.4.Prescription rule: There are 16 groups of high-frequency drug combinations,and the commonly used drug combination modes are white peony-Bupleurum,Bupleurum-Citrus aurantium,white peony-Citrus aurantium,white peony-Poria,Angelica-white peony.5.Syndrome-medicine analysis: There are 35 prescriptions for Liver Fire syndrome,including 63 traditional Chinese medicines.Commonly used drugs include white peony root,Bupleurum,Gardenia,Moutan cortex,Coptis chinensis,tangerine peel,Poria,etc.;there are 108 syndromes of stagnation of Qi and phlegm.The prescription includes 90 Chinese medicines.Commonly used medicines include white peony,Bupleurum,Litchi seed,Citrus aurantium,Poria,tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,etc.;there are 22 prescriptions for phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,including 43 Chinese medicines,commonly used white peony,angelica,Bupleurum,Fructus Aurantii,Zedoary Turmeric,Sanleng,Prunella vulgaris,Lychee Seed,etc.;There are 14 prescriptions for Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome,including 54 traditional Chinese medicines.Commonly used drugs are Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Rehmanniae,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Lycium barbarum,Jujube seed,etc.Conclusions:1.Professor focused on examining the causes of hyperthyroidism,and differentiated symptoms by stages,often divided into three stages: initial stage,middle stage,and recovery stage.He believed that the disease was mostly caused by depression and belonged to the five internal organs,but the main responsibility was the liver.In the treatment of the liver,the method of soothing the liver and regulating qi runs through the disease.According to different pathogenesis,the treatment includes clearing heat,eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation,replenishing qi,and nourishing yin.2.Professor Li mostly selects deficiency qi regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs and antipsychotic drugs for the treatment of hyperthyroid.The drug taste is mostly bitter,sweet and acrid,and the medicinal properties are mostly warm,cold and smooth.The drug use is flexible,the formula is exquisitely compatible,attaches importance to Qi and blood harmonization,the combination of hardness and softness,the combination of elevation and elevation,and the combination of reinforcing and reducing.
