Analysis And Observation On The Effect Of Yougui Capsules In The Elderly Male Patients With Kidney Yang Deficiency On Pituitary-adrenal Axis Function

Objective: Application of Yougui capsules in the treatment of different degrees of kidney yang deficiency syndrome in elderly male patients, to observe the light, heavy, in three groups before and after treatment in patients with kidney yang deficiency of kidney yang deficiency score, cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels, reveal the three groups before and after treatment of kidney yang deficiency were different changes of hormone level and group efficacy, explore the effects of Yougui capsules the treatment group of three patients with kidney yang deficiency of pituitary- adrenal axis function.Methods: In this study, all patients were hospitalized patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of health in 2014 03 months from 01 to January 30, 2015. Reference to the 1986 version of "deficiency syndromes standard" and "kidney yang deficiency syndrome factor Yan Shilin scoring rules determine the degree of" kidney yang deficiency, making the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened out from 90 patients. 28 cases of patients with kidney yang deficiency, 35 cases of moderate and severe patients with kidney yang deficiency, kidney yang deficiency syndrome in 27 cases. Using Yougui capsules in the treatment of three patients with kidney yang deficiency group, continuous treatment for 8 weeks, the three groups before and after treatment were observed in kidney yang deficiency score, cortisol, adrenocorticotropic hormone levels, using the method of clinical research, statistical analysis of three groups of patients before and after the age of the kidney yang deficiency score, cortisol, ACTH cortical hormone level. The data input of Excel to establish a database, all the experimental data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 software, data are mean standard deviation of(`x±s) said, within group comparisons were analyzed using t test, comparison between groups with Spearman rank correlation analysis. The relationship between the two variables by linear correlation analysis, if 0 < R < 1 showed that they were positively correlated; if-1 < R < 0 indicates that there is a negative correlation between them. If P > 0.05 indicates no significant difference; if P is less than 0.05 indicated statistical significance; if P is less than 0.01 that there was significant difference between.Results:1 patients of the three groups in terms of age is P > 0.05, no significant difference, not comparable.2. Three groups of patients with renal deficiency symptom scores before and after the treatment itself is p < 0.01, there are significant differences; renal deficiency and kidney yang deficiency symptom score effect level Spearman rank correlation analysis, P < 0.05, indicating that there is a low negative correlation between them.3. Three groups of patients at 8am, 16 pm cortisol before and after the treatment, its are more(P < 0.01). Were significantly different; three groups of patients at 8am, 16 pm ACTH treatment before and after its are p < 0.01, with significant difference.4. Before the treatment of kidney yang deficiency symptom score and cortisol, ACTH showed, highly negative related, low positive correlation with age, kidney yang deficiency degree more serious, cortisol, ACTH concentration level is low, higher age; cortisol and ACTH showed a high degree of positive correlation, namely ACTH and cortisol have also increasing or decreasing trend.Conclusion: Higher age, the more severe the degree of the kidney yang deficiency, cortisol and promote adrenal cortical hormone levels decreased gradually; after by Yougui capsules in the treatment of, cortisol in the patients of three groups, promoting adrenal cortical hormone were increased. The Spearman rank correlation analysis found that the more severe the degree of the kidney yang deficiency. After treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome is more obvious, but changes in hormone levels is not obvious. Can be inferred from kidney yang deficiency and the degree of pituitary- adrenal cortex axis function showed a negative correlation; effects of with the increase in the degree of kidney yang deficiency and Yougui capsules on pituitary adrenal axis function is gradually reduced.
