Purpose: This thesis aims at reveal the relationship between kidney-yang deficiencyand adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) through observe the relationship betweenkidney-yang deficiency degree and hypophysis-pituitary adrenal axis(HPAA) metergasisof aged males, and go further to discuss the relationship between senility andhypothalamus-HPPA, thus to enhance the health level and living quality of aged malepatients.Methods: This study takes90male with an average above60yeas old patientshospitalized in Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University Affiliated HospitalHealth Care Department since Apr.2013to Jan.2014as research object. According to the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Deficiency Syndrome Discrimination Reference Standardâ€(1986) and kidney-yang deficiency degree classified by “Kidney-Yang Deficiency ScoringRegulationâ€(Yan Shilin), this study formulates inclusion-exclusion criteria and filtered90patients, including25mild cases,35moderate cases and30sever cases. Through Cortisoland adrenocorticotropic hormone level examination, clinical research, syndrome evaluationof objects, this study judges the kidney-yang deficiency degree by semiquantitative method,and makes correlation analysis about the object’s age, kidney-yang deficiency degree,adreno cortico trophic hormone(ACTH) level, as well as the TCM syndrome observation,thus formulate and adopt unified investigation chart. Set up database through input all thedata into the Excel, then make statistic analysis SPSS17.0software,Results:1.Mild kidney Yang deficiency group, a total of25patients, average age (68.1± 7.8mm), moderate kidney Yang deficiency group a total of35patients, average age (77.8±10.3mm), severe kidney Yang deficiency group of30patients, average age (75.3±9.4),and between groups in age aspect is no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome light, medium and heavy compared three groupsof eight in the morning cortisol levels, it can be seen at8cortisol levels compare resultsbetween three groups: F=44.6, P=0.001(P <0.01), the three groups of8when thehormone cortisol level has significant differences,16when cortisol levels comparedamong three groups, F=34.21, P=0.003(P <0.01), the three groups16when thehormone cortisol level has significant difference.3.Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in the early morning light, medium, heavy threegroups at8adrenocorticotropic hormone levels in comparison, it can be seen at8adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels compared results between three groups: F=16.39, P=0.00(P <0.01), suggesting at8adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levelscompared between three groups had significant difference;16adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) levels compared among three groups, F=14.21, P=0.03(P <0.05), the threegroups of16when adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels compared with statisticalsignificance.4. The deficiency degree integration of the three kidney-yang deficiency groups hasnegative correlation with cortisol hormone.(r<0)5. The deficiency degree integration of the three kidney-yang deficiency groups hasnegative correlation with adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH).(r<0)Conclusion: Elderly male patients with kidney Yang deficiency of kidney Yangdeficiency and cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels have significant correlation,kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is light in weight when the three groups of8and16morning cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels and negatively correlated withdegree of kidney empty points, the higher the degree of kidney empty, the lower thepituitary-adrenal axis function. |
