| Objective: Through clinical research, to observe the clinical curative effect of To nifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation for the treatment of kidney defici ency and blood stasistype of follicular dysplasia, and explore the mechanism of Bushe n Huoxue Method of follicular dysplasia, provide the basis for the treatment of follic ular maldevelopment infertility can better.Methods: Selected 30 patients consistent with adverse clinical diagnostic criteria o f deficiency of kidney and blood stasis in patients with follicular development, were given Bushen HuoxueDecoction "in the treatment of, and with the staging of addition and subtraction, continuous medication for 6 months. Compared before and after trea tment of follicular developmentdegree, endometrial thickness, follicle changed 7 days of TCM syndrome integral level ofprogesterone, estradiol and maximum days after ovulati on.Results: After treatment, the promoting effect of follicular development: 11 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, the total effective rate was 86.67%; 5 cases of clini cal pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 16.67%; the maximum diameters of follicles, est radiol and progesterone levels in 7 days after ovulation were increased before treatmen t, the comparison has significantdifference before and after treatment(P <0.05), endo metrial thickness were significant difference(P <0.05); improvement in symptoms of t raditional Chinese medicine: 3 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, effectiv e in 15 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%,before and after the treatment of TCM s ymptom total score and individual symptom scores,statistical difference significantly(P<0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type follicular maldevelopment infertilityhas satisfactory curative effect, pr omote follicular development, improve the endometrial thickness, hormone level and T CM symptoms role, is worth the clinical promotion and further research. |
